I know you probably read it a while ago but could you tell me what you love so much about the book and character circe? because I'm thinking about reading it, and would love to hear your thoughts on it!!

hi! i hope i’m not too late for this ♡ circe is just so beautifully written! i fell in love with madeline miller’s writing reading tsoa and when circe came out my opinion on it didn’t change at all, everything she writes just flows and feels so beautiful, i really can’t say anything else apart from that. she gives you the chance to get a completely different vision of both stories and i just love that!

also circe as a character is just so human, i can't describe it but i just felt so connected to her while reading the book and to this day i don’t think i’ve had another character resonate with me deeper than she did. she’s probably my favourite character ever so if you end up reading the book i hope you love her as much as i do! ♡

I remember watching so many theory videos surrounding the end credits of gravity falls. also: the power of their opening scene being the twins riding away from a giant gnome of more gnomes in a golf cart? unmatched by any other show.

oh my gosh yesss. there’s so many clues in this show it’s amazing. and OOF. UNPARALLELED. that opening scene tells you everything you need to know about what you’re about to see!! everything is weird and nothing is predictable!! and then it cuts away to some of the best theme music ever written that matches the exact energy of the show- *chef’s kiss* (i love watching reactor’s videos on youtube of the opening scene bc a lot of the time they’re very surprised and like so ready to get into it) like i wish, I WISH, that that’s what my summers looked like as a kid it’s so fun
