well my first thought was FOREARMS followed closely by ELBOWS then came a resounding NATURAL HAAAIIIRRRRR NO MORE GREASY PLASTIC WIG
um. yeah. I’m excited! But also very worried and cautious. I’m afraid this show is going to continue to ignore the trauma that he really needs to have—they better point out and work from the spot where this should pick up. if we’re going off of endgame, then we should have the Loki that comes after avengers, meaning the Loki who just found out about being jotun/adopted, tried to destroy a planet, fought his brother and was rejected by his dad, attempted suicide, fell into thanos’s control, was basically mind controlled, and attacked New York.
Forget ragnarok and dark world, I need to see that Loki. I hope for full identity crisis (not sexual identity crisis tho tbh, like we love to see it YES, but like. That’s not this Loki? I think a love interest is the LAST thing on his mind, and I really hope they don’t reduce him to a horny “oh he’s just mischievous” kind of guy yknow. idk I just don’t think they’ll do it well I’m kinda scared lolol he has much more depth than that and I hope we see that depth). I want Loki off the rails and HURTING
On that note, pls no love interest plEASE no love interest—it just doesn’t make sense??! Idk. Like I’m open for it if they do it WELL but I haven’t been pleased with anything they’ve done with his character since avengers lmao sooo I don’t have my hopes up. What I would LOVE to see is some friends for him :’) maybe some found family? And Loki traveling back to a happy memory back on asgard, maybe he goes and gets a nice pep talk from Frigga (*cough* the one she gave thor in endgame)
umm what else...101% here for the Loki is DB Cooper theory, I’d LOVE to see him travel back to ancient times, vote Loki always, ugh I just hope he goes CRAZY and is HURTING UNDERNEATH IT and finds some comfort for himself.
Overall I’m excited for the content we’re gonna get! I’m nervous for the writing and what they’re going to do with the character, but also a teeny tiny bit hopeful. not much tho.
