Hände: das Leben und die Liebe eines zärtlichen Geschlechts (Hands: The Life and Love of a Gentle Sex), 1927 - dir. Miklós Bándy & Stella Simon
Anyway, these are just Adam’s hands. No big deal. Just… veiny, rugged, competent hands that could definitely ruin someone emotionally and then light a cigarette about it. Leo’s fine. We’re all fine.
Spatort continues to be a public menace.
Für eine ganz besondere person....

Sarabande
Who Wants To Live Forever?
Sarabande (Hände)
"Handel's Sarabande, like a lot of Baroque music, already has a very sad and wistful feeling to it, but Rosenman's arrangement of it makes it sound like an unfolding tragedy. It sounds like people carefully and precisely going through an elaborate dance that inevitably results in their suffering. Or like being trapped inside a horrible clockwork device. The climax of the main theme, with violins screaming high above the pounding drums, is really powerful."
Who Wants To Live Forever (Queen)
There's no chance for us/It's all decided for us/This world has only one sweet moment/Set aside for us/Who wants to live forever?/Who wants to live forever?
"It's a song about loss, and feeling powerful and passionate love, even for a short time, is worth an eternity alone."
