‘Remove your restrictions’ - In today’s online class we studied the aspects required to help you move quicker with less muscular effort. Working on removing internal restrictions from physical to psychological and understanding the importance of relaxation helped all participants to find an increase in their ability to move and strike faster. ‘Challenge yourself to move different’ - In Saturday’s online class we studied solo training of confined space work. From restricting our movement with household objects and clothing we looked at how correct breathing and moving from ‘inside’ made this work possible.
