3 Foods for Your Hair Stuff!
Here are some sources to keep your hair lush and healthy with natural ingredients!
1) Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has amazing uses for everything. I usually use it for my skin, but it works just as well for hair too.
Usually after a shower I would take a snip from my aloe vera plant and open it up. I apply the aloe vera "goo" substance into my scalp and the end of my hair. It's easier to apply when your hair is wet and once dry it's super silky and hydrated.
2) Coconut Oil
This promotes hair growth and there's no need to use conditioner whenever you use this.
Before taking a shower, heat up some coconut oil until it is in a liquid form. Wait for it to cool a little then rub into your scalp and hair. Wait 15 minutes then wash out with shampoo in the shower.
3) Avocado Sweetness
Avocados are packed with antioxidants, biotin and many vitamins for healthy skin and hair. Combining it with olive oil makes it an amazing hair mask.
Mush up an avocado, add a teaspoon olive oil and mix. Apply it to the lengths and ends of your hair, though if you suffer from dandruff (can relate) or have a dry scalp, do rub it into your scalp as well. Of course, wrap your hair up and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it out and vóila!
I hope these have helped with any hair troubles you’ve been having. <3
