One more pound off and I will have lost half a stone this year already just, 8lbs in total left to go to get to target 🙃 - I didn't have much to loose anyway but I ate too much crap, my skin is so much better now also which is a bonus😁
So. I thought it might be a good idea to start posting my weekly updates at slimming world. That way I can track my journey and I can follow other peoples journey on here too for inspiration.
I started at slimming world on the 6th. The 13th was my first weigh in and I lost half a stone. Now this is an achievement on its own but I have been a member of slimming world several times and never got an award so I am so impressed. Then yesterday (20th) I get weighed for the second time and I’ve lost 4.5 pounds and I got slimmer of the week!! So I was really happy with that. I’m now 2 pounds away from my stone award so I’m on it all week this week!
Day 1 of losing half a stone, Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, Semi skimmed milk, Golden syrup weetabix, A while banana cut into slices into milk, And frosted cornflakes. Notes: yeah i know some of that isn't completely healthy but it will change, besides i feel if I eat a breakfast I'm satisfied with it will stop me from snacking till lunch so
I can't even..
So, I just weighed myself...I don't normally do it because I always feel awful afterwards, but my Mum insisted that I'd lost weight and I wanted to see for myself...
On 10th November I weight 11 stone and 6/7lbs. Today, I weigh 11 stone.
I feel so happy that I've lost just over half a stone without really trying too hard, and I feel like it's the first step towards me feeling happier about myself and actually liking my body... I'm just so happy I can't even, asdfghjkl.
