Mev’s got some really lovely hands. Truly, they’re perfectly in line with his inadvertent “pretty boy” appearance, being delicate and well taken care of most of the time. One might assume he’s never done any sort of work in his life just by looking at them, and they’re so very soft as well. Of course, he also has long, bony fingers, and he pops them frequently.

He has a slightly surprising number of tattoos, largely because he gets them on a whim and they tend to have little conventional meaning. They’re all the same format - the date, month-day-year. He passes a parlor he knows well and decides it’s time to get a new one; he has some spare cash and decides it’s time for a new one; he meets an interesting person at the park and decides it’s time for a new one. Of course, this is a business that consumes both time and money quite easily, so he’s only got himself five in a neat little column on his back. Still, for a kid who won’t be eighteen for a few more weeks and doesn’t exactly have the money to waste on body art, it’s a decent enough number. Luckily for him, in both places he’s lived, there has been a friend of some sort who agreed to let him have them done.

Mev handles his alcohol well, and doesn’t drink much to begin with, but when he does reach the point of drunkenness, he becomes a sort of sentimental drunk, prone to rambling stories of mostly exaggeration, long rants about matters he holds close to his heart, disconnected observations about the people he knows, and rapid firing of ideas. He is not an angry drunk, nor an especially tearful one, but he’s more inclined to put his arm around his company, to hold their hands and kiss them and apologize with a loose smirk for the no good, crummy life they’re bound to bring upon themselves. “It’s tough luck, being mediocre,” he’d slur. “Best to be just as tough, but I’ve got a feeling you can’t even do that.”
