It is really hard to describe what you just asked. I tried to answer Joe when he asked me "What is happiness for you"? Let me show you rather than just explaining you. We headed towards the bus stop. I could evidently see the inquisitiveness on his face. Unfortunately, we had missed our bus. Talking to your loved ones is indeed a pleasure. I murmured to myself. Let's walk for another mile, I asked. I am in he replied. He could catch a glimpse of my smile. Is this happiness for you? He exclaimed to which I hesitated. His curiousness heightened as we strolled. We halted at a quiet spot. There were no benches to sit around. Joe looked little enraged at this gesture of mine. Noticing this we steered our path to the place that I adore the most. He read the board: The Complete Me. There were people of every age and gender. He gave me a puzzled look. I exclaimed: This is happiness for me. He whispered: Let me try to find happiness here If it dwells here. I laughed and said: It lies in your thought. You could have told it to me there itself, what is the need to be here? said he. To this I made him sit down and told him to close his eyes and began to ask him a few questions. What do you yearn for? A better life than probably what I have. What gives you sorrow? Unfulfilemt of my desires said he. Think of those who don't have what you are blessed with. Expectations and unwanted desires lead to sorrow. Learn to be grateful for what you are bestowed. Your thoughts give you words. Change your thinking, say it to yourself: I am the happiest person right now. I could observe a grin on his face. Your attitude towards life makes a vast difference. The true essence of happiness is by sacrificing your joy for other's sake.
