tiberius is the secondary antagonist of my fic (top spot being shared by caesar and lanius) but like it is fun to write a character who was raised enclave, now living in a Society(tm) that he would deem immoral. but given his luck of being a man, and being tall and broad he was accepted into said society and given a position of power to change and warp it to make it just like the enclave over time which he comes pretty close to doing after the legion get punted in the 2nd battle
