working people of tumblr, how do you deal with angry people in a meeting?? Like heated discussion, talking past each other and stuff, no yelling (thank god) but what??? I'm definitely not pitching in, it was not an issue i needed to be involved in, but also i felt caged in, just because this one guy talked louder and do i just not have enough experience with arguments?

My sister got into a "discussion", in a mcdonalds drive thru, with my dad about him asking for them to put lettuce on a quarter pounder (he didn't and it wasn't added). As we were going through the drive thru, they talk about how some burgers have lettuce and some dont, he says that "quater pounders have no lettuce unless you order 2". She then send me this meme minutes later...
