In regards to hermaphrodites, how does the anatomy work in the reproduction area?
Do all their voices sound both masculine and feminine?
For Belphegor, is she more likely to be the mother or father of her children? Like, of all the kids she has, what percentage did she conceive and what percentage did she bear and give birth to?
thank for your question, there will be some lore :D

from the point of view of reproductive function, they're EQUALLY effective on both the male and female sides, and can both carry and conceive: it all depends on how the child is made
sperm/seed and egg cell are simultaneously produced in their bodies
also because of this their fertile function is usually slightly reduced in order to do not overload the body (they cannot conceive a child every month, but two or three times a year, ~once every four months)
because of this, when Belphegor was the deity of the Moabites, festivals in his honor with ritual orgies were held precisely during periods of fertility
theoretically, hermaphrodites CAN control their fertility cycles, but they need to make some effort and know at least the basics of blood magic
their voices sound like something between a contralto and a tenor (of course, there are possible variations, as in human case: hermaphrodites are androgynous, but some may have a more visible feminine/masculine side)
Belphegor is not a mother or a father for children: Belphegor is a parent
in general, hermaphrodites prefer the term parent, because they don't consider themselves either male or female fully
as a percentage, Belphegor is 40% mother and 60% father (gestation is a more tedious process)
