UGH I KNOW I was just sitting on my chair for a long moment, wondering why I decided to subject myself to all this unnecessary pain. GOD I love this AU though, I love the idea of falling in love over and over again, and though it’s painful and tiring, the other party just keeps trying and trying. S: Name three things you would like to see happen in the future of the story.

- Rivalry between Koushuu and Miyuki. In retrospect, Miyuki never really had the experience of having his position as a regular threatened (other than Chris-senpai, but well…) so the addition of Koushuu would be interesting to see how Miyuki responds. Koushuu strikes me as the type of junior who doesn’t care about seniority (quite like Miyuki tbh) and believes that skills precedes age; it’s primarily one of the main reasons why I think seeing them go head-on with each other something very interesting to see, heh. More importantly, I hope Koushuu attempts to vie for the place of Eijun’s catcher. For very obvious reasons. and some. HAHA. 

(okay this got a little long and is a little spoilery so under the cut)

- The chapter in the manga kinda destroyed my hopes, but I’m going to pretend I haven’t seen it. I want to see a confrontation scene between Eijun and Miyuki regarding Miyuki keeping his injury secret. I want to see a transitional shift in their relationship, where they go from having faith in each other on the field to something more, off it. I want them to establish a strong foundation for friendship. Eijun to just straight out blurt that he came to Seidou for Miyuki, that Miyuki should learn to trust people, let people in, and give people opportunities to make him change his own beliefs. Miyuki to be shocked at first, then breaking out to a laugh because that’s just who Eijun is: straightforward, blunt, earnest. And even though after the scene, nothing seems to have changed, I want sharp teammates like Kuramochi or Haruichi to notice the difference in their behaviors. yes. yaaaas.

- I WANTED TO SAY SOMETHING ELSE BUT IT SLIPPED MY MIND WHEN I GOT BACK I WANNA CR Y OTL 

V: What’s a headcanon that you have?

Maybe Eijun who’s grumpy about it, but he looks for Miyuki for help in studies. That’s how they got their couple shirts. Yknow, like maybe one day he trudges over to Miyuki, all gruff and stuff, and Miyuki’s commenting on how Eijun should be thankful that his senpai is so kind and their usual banter ensues. Then in the middle of the session, while Eijun’s leaping up from his seat because he’s especially agitated from some veiled insult on his intelligence, he accidentally knocks his cup/food (whatever that leaves stains) onto his shirt and Miyuki gets a good laugh out of it and shoves one of his spare shirts to Eijun.

Eijun ends up not returning it. Ever. He convinces himself that it’s for revenge sake and doesn’t intend to return it even if Miyuki asks for it. Turns out Miyuki never asks for it. *wiggle brow* 

One day, while the guys are trespassing Miyuki’s room again, they realize both Miyuki and Eijun are wearing similar shirts and Kuramochi has his brow raised like ‘I knew the shirt looked familiar’ and ‘what’s going on’ and everyone’s teasing them like “when did you guys become so close?”, “So all the myths about catchers and pitchers are true, eh?” and stuff and Eijun’s loudly and obnoxiously trying to correct their deliberate misconceptions (or it may not be so wrong tbh) while Miyuki’s super relaxed about the entire ordeal. because he has nothing to deny They end up being the butt of the team’s joke for days. HA HA HA. YEA. 

And another, though it’s not much of a headcanon haha, but the boys who gather in Miyuki’s room to actually talk about something more than baseball. Like stuff normal teenage boys talk about.

MIyuki and Eijun. Every time they team up I know that awesome things are about to happen! (Or mistakes that will be made…haha) Got to love their chemistry on the field :’D

L: Which scene from the manga/anime is the most sad/emotional to you, if any?

Oh good god…okay so the one that pops into my head first is of course the incident with the dead ball and Miyuki telling Eijun that he had his utmost respect, and then seeing Seidou lose and everyone crying, AND THEN THE YIPS HAPPENED…yeah. BUT. Another scene that comes up in my head right after is the scene where Narumiya is getting lectured by Inashiro’s coach regarding the match against Ugumori, and how he tells Narumiya that Itsuki is trying his best to fill in Harada’s shoes, and then it pans to a scene with Itsuki looking so devastated (which broke my heart because I love Itsuki so much). Then it finishes with the coach saying that “A conceited pitcher can never hope to be the ace” and Narumiya crying. That was definitely pretty emotional to me as well ;A;
