Trouble magnet: A person or other entity that appears to attract trouble, often through no visible mechanism, as if by magnetism.

Trouble magnate: A person with power and influence over trouble. (Not a commonly used phrase, but a valid one!)

so heres a handy hint to not clogging up someone’s dashboard

Step 3

click the “...” icon

Congratulations now you’ve managed to keep your 1000 word essay for ict from filling someones entire tumblr dash!

If you are trying to describe something in a positive or neutral way, the word you want is not "authoritarian". Try "authoritative".
