Ingredients: 1 pre-made vegan pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced. 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced. 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Put the dough on a baking sheet or pizza pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Don't cover all of the dough with tomato sauce; leave a little space around the edges. Add the vegan cheese shreds on top of the sauce. Spread the mushrooms, black olives, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, spinach, bell peppers, and red onion out evenly on top of the pizza. Add the garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, along with the dried oregano and basil. Before you put it in the oven, heat it up. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are done the way you like them. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it. Enjoy while hot!
