I enjoyed the Hawkgirl movie that has Superman in it.

Doctor Doom sketches and final artwork. My son asked for Doom, and I wanted to take my time with it. I looked to John Byrne's mask design and tried to channel Bob Layton's metal ink style.

@1968bullittmustang suggested a Hawkeye piece over the weekend, and you can't just have one Hawkeye nowadays.

A friend who knows very much more about manga than I do recommended a series to try called Witch Hat Atelier, and that was a home run call. It uses witchcraft as an analogy for the love and discipline of drawing. It's clever and cute. I have only read the first volume, and I had to draw the flying spell. I hope to read more as soon as I can.

The current Scarlet Witch comic pairs her with Darcy Lewis from the Thor movies and WandaVision, as they help desperate people fend off magical threats. It's a good read.

In the current comics, Nightcrawler has become a Spider-Man while the X-Men are on the run.

I need to get my drawing muscles ready for next week's comic con, and I told my son to pick a comic character for me to draw. He said Galactus.

Green Goblin, the most damaging of original Spidey villains but not my favorite.
