In the process of reevaluating what it means to respect myself, I’m working on being intentional about the choices I make and how they align with my values.

It’s challenging to change ingrained problematic behavior. It’s easy to be hard on myself.

Quite counter productive considering “compassion” is one of my values. 

Be nice to yourself.

Hello thots

I have returned from lgbt summer camp. I have a new tan, new friends, a sense of inner peace, and a whole lot of bullshit from some of the mogai-s who were there (hooo boy do I have some) I will be making a post about that soon. Overall I love that camp and I love the people there and it is overwhelmingly a positive experience, but obviously there's some bullshit.

Look out for my post, sorry I left without saying I was leaving for a week (I have 562 followers, I imagine some of you we're curious) anyway, that post should be up soon.
