Sun’s out, bap’s out (burger baps that is 😜) with these homemade hidden veg cheese burgers 🍔☀️ Recipe below: ~ 500g beef mince 1 onion 1 carrot 1 courgette 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 egg ~ To serve: bread buns, sliced cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, gherkins, ketchup or tomato chutney (I used @rubiesintherubble for mine 👌🏻) ~ 1. Grate the onion, carrot and courgette, then squeeze as much liquid out as possible. 2. Place the beef mince, grated veg and all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix until just combined. 3. Divide into 6 and flatten to make burgers patties. Place an indent in the centre of each burger using your thumb (this stops the burger from shrinking). 4.
