Do you have any artists you feel inspired by?
Oh my gosh, yes! There are so many that i admire…
@quartervirus has probably been the one i’ve admired the longest. I’ve been a huge fan of her work for literal years– since around 2010 when I first joined DeviantArt. Her work never fails to impress and inspire me and, in fact, her current stuff absolutely blows me away.
@highlightedskye (aka @mottenkoenig) has not only been a long-time friend, but also a huge inspiration. His work is just absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly detailed it baffles me how he hasn’t gone completely insane.
@kinomatika is a newer source of inspiration for me, but they are definitely amazing. I adore not only their general art style, but also their shading to an incredible degree. I also have a ton of admiration for the work they put into their webcomic, Blackgrass.
@owlygem is another newer admiration for me, but i find their work absolutely incredible nonetheless. I’ve fallen madly in love with their ability to create expressive characters and their overall style as well.
I admire many more artists, but i can safely say these four currently serve as my main sources of inspiration. I highly recommend everyone see their stuff like…asap.
