On this episode of #flyconstv we have #newyorkstripsteak and #sweetpotatofries . The steak is seasoned with two different salts #himalayansalt and #blacktruffle and other seasonings and then seared to a medium rare. The sweet potato fries are cooked in harissa oil which has a slight more heat kick to then chipotle oil. The heat comes after a few seconds doesnt last long and its not over powering in heat. Whenever theres rain outside, my salt crystal starts melting. It's so amusing to me. It's actually a phenomenon whenever rock salt is in humidity, it will release moisture.
