Me? Actually making progress on my Statement of Purpose? More than 2 months before the application deadline? Wild.
First day back to work in quarantine (I’m a research analyst for an intellectual property company). Very thankful for my cat, my candles, and having a balcony off my bedroom.
(I know this is like my 3rd desk pic but I haven’t had a dedicated work space in 2 years and I think it’s very cute and I love it)
Documentation of the continued evolution of my desk. First, I know the iMac was mad frivolous but I love having a desktop so much more than I thought that I would and considering I’m applying to an online Masters program I think having it is going to come in handy. Second, I really love this funky lamp I got at Target, 100% overpriced but really helps me keep with my reputation as The Owner of Funky Lamps. It’s my brand now, I claim it.
Among my more ridiculous Frivolous Rona Purchases: I finally fulfilled my dream and bought an iMac. Her name is Gertrude and I love her.
