TRAILER HITCH SET UP

I opted out of going the Mopar route to install a trailer hitch on my 19″ Jeep Compass TH because 1. It cost more for parts and 2. I didn’t want to pay a shop for labor nor did I want to install it myself. It was easier for me to just take it to my local U-Haul and have them install one for me. 

I got the wiring package as well.

TOTAL COST FOR PARTS AND LABOR: $382.84

This hitch install was much needed since I needed more storage space. Went to Harbor Freight and picked up a cheap cargo carrier for $49.99 (pictured below):  https://www.harborfreight.com/300-lb-capacity-atv-cargo-carrier-69858.html

Finally got it done! Hitch attached and wiring completed. All by myself! Special shout out to dad for having all the tools I could ever possibly need (and then some). Thanks to etrailer for being so wonderfully nice, knowledgeable, and having videos to help me with installation.
