Got through watching the 1st & 2nd Seasons of 2011-2012 released Action-Adventure/Dark-Fantasy anime series, "Feito/Zero" (Fate/Zero). 😃❤ Set ten years prior to the events of "Feito/Sutei Naito" (Fate/Stay Night), detailing the Fourth Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City. Seven mages are chosen by the Holy Grail itself, including individual members of Einzbern, Matou, and Tōsaka families. Each of the seven mages are bestowed Command Spells, allowing them to summon forth their "Servants", from classes such as Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Assassin, Caster, and my personal favorite Berserker! 😈💘 We see the Holy Grail War unfold through the eyes of Emiya Kiritsugu, father of Emiya Shīro and a man whose life has been one of both constant loss of loved ones and tragedy. To win the tournament and obtain the Holy Grail, with aid from Arturia Pendragon (Saber), Maiya, and his beloved wife, Irisviel von Einzbern, Kiritsugu-san wishes to rid the world of all pain, misfortunes, deaths, and corruption. If that means to carry all the evil in the world to save others, so be it! 😁👊🏻 Of all the brilliant qualities present in #FeitoZero the themes of Good vs. Evil, self-sacrifice, individuality, and the Means Justify the Ends, those are qualities yours truly found to be most fascinating. 😄 Witnessing the return of Arturia Pendragon, King of Knights and wielder of the legendary blade, Caliburn (Excalibur), was nothing short of spectacular! 😍 Despite the number of times her views, beliefs, and dreams are questioned by others, Saber never wavers in her resolve, to fight alongside her Master, to win the Holy Grail War, and bring salvation to the world, without succumbing to the darkness that has consumed Emiya Kiritsugu.
