In 24 hours (10 AM PST/1 PM EST), @benjaminutes will be hosting the 3rd annual Homestuck Live Read over on his twitch channel!
All the proceeds from this year's event will be going to RAICES, a 501(c)(3) which provides legal and social services to immigrants in the U.S.

Opinions on the trolls
My thoughts on the trolls, as of my current point in the story
Aradia: I really like her, I think she's pretty cool. I know being dead has made her kinda apathetic but I hope she'll be able to progress past it
Tavros: They could never make me hate you, Tavros. Mans needs therapy, and deserves to throw a few punches Vriska's way(I wrote this before I learned about Vriska’s godtiering. I did not think comeuppance was gonna hit that hard)
Sollux: Don't have too many strong opinions, I feel like I haven't seen much of him. I would like to see more of him.
Karkat: needs a chill pill. Inferiority complex hidden behind vast amounts of CAPS LOCK RAGE. He gives off the vibe of a younger sibling that gets picked on a ton by their older siblings. I am glad to see him mellowing out as the story progresses though
Nepeta: this one… unsettles me. Like she'd be like 'hold on one sec :3', kill something brutally and then go back to whatever she was doing. I wanna see more of her and Equius, and I hope to see the shipping wall in full.
Kanaya: she's really cool. But also she chopped Tavros's legs off??? One of my only strong ships atm is her and Rose, but I have not been allowed to know if they are endgame.
Terezi: My favorite. I'm a libra, and Labryinth says I remind him of Terezi. I cannot exactly argue because I too would host mock trials with my toys and often sentence them to the Pit(being thrown off my bed). She's a cool character and I really like seeing her interact with everyone, Dave especially.
Vriska: YOUUUUUUUU 🫵 YOU OCTAGONAL BITCH>:( but also really interesting from a character standpoint she has so many irons in the fire and her motivations are so complex but also ableist backstabbing friend maiming bitch.
Equius: needs help, but mostly Bastard. Classist bastard.
Gamzee: I do not want to spend more than 10 minutes in his vicinity but also I feel like I could trust him to hold my drink at the bar? I wanna get to know him more, maybe he'll grow on me
Eridan: mans is desperate, a fincel, if you will. I don't blame Feferi for breaking up with him, he seems like he can be a bit much. His attempts to find a rebound are equal parts funny and sad
Feferi: I love her, but I know she's kinda hiding something/deflecting and I wanna know what that is. Her lusus was some kind of crazy horror of the deep and I wonder what that says about her. Her and Jade make a cool duo though
