His wound well on the mend, Luffy had managed to convince Nami that he no longer required the immense supervision she herself had imposed on him. Returning to the freedom of the city, constantly on the lookout for any stray flamingos who may be keeping an eye on him, a shade of pink disappearing around the corner caught his eye.
Adrenaline secreting into his system, he stealthy made his way up to the corner, intending to tail the Shichibukai and determining the location of a potential hideout. Yet he tension was fast erased, as it turned out the pink he had seen was none other than the girl from Thriller Bark, whom he’d run into before the maze adventure.
“Oiiii-!” His voicing ceasing momentarily, whilst still running towards her. What was her name again? “Zoro’s friend, over here! I’ve been looking for you!

"... Hey." Quietly, with some hesitation, Perona presented Shisui with two containers of food. "You're going to that island, right? Here." She didn't really know how to cook, but she did manage to fix up sandwiches for him. The smaller container held candy and flavoured potato chips.
Shisui paused, stunned for a moment as he accepted the boxes. This was the first gift the girl had given him, after all.
“Th-thank you, Perona.” Shisui mustered, after realising the awkwardly long pause he had left. “Yes, I believe I’ll be leaving soon.”
It was strange, this opportunity had come up so soon after their talk of fighting back against Pandora. He had expected her disdain over her lost powers would be enough to compel Perona to sign up but with her powers, as far as Shisui could tell, being likened to jutsu he worried her skill in close combat would leave her vulnerable on the island. As such he had been thankful to see her name absent from the list. Yet perhaps he had not been the only one with concerns…
“Perona…” His free hand lifted the girl’s chin, letting their eyes meet. “You know I’ll be okay out there, right?”

A thought about them that they’d never share:
She would never admit to anyone that those Horo’s of Perona actually scared her to death.
First impression of them:
“Well, I can understand why she’s angry at being in a new world… but why’d she have to crash my wedding day?”
Favorite thing about them:
Her unique sense of style. It’s adventurous and suits her.
Least favorite thing about them:
Everything else.
Hopes for their future relationship:
She does want things to improve between them, especially since Shisui has taken an interest in the girl and he seems to be giving her these puppy-eyed looks which Ino can’t stand.
She just wants Shisui to be happy, so will probably try and mend some form of a relationship with her.

Yeah... I’m sorry about her. She likes butting into my life, or well everyone’s really. Believe it or not she used to be far worse!

Well, this conversation had gotten serious very quickly. Shisui’s brow furrowed, a frown pulling at his lips at her mention of fighting back. He had assumed his days at war were behind him, and he was grateful for that.
“I’m not... Happy with the way things are.” It made him anxious knowing he had no way to fight back against the mysterious forces that brought them here. “But I feel it’s unwise to do anything against Pandora unprepared. She was able to take away our powers effortlessly - I doubt as we are we could pose as much of a threat.”
