Intimate Audrey

I went to the ‘Intimate Audrey’ exhibition in Brussels today. It was organized by Sean Hepburn Ferrer and celebrates what would have been her 90th birthday in her birth city. The exhibition displays a real treasure trove of photographs ranging professional photoshoots, movie posters to private candids. Many of these photographs were new to me and it was an absolute delight to discover them, especially the ones from her childhood and adolescence. Other treats for Audrey fans include the Vespa from Roman Holiday, her Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award (among many other awards), her Bürgenstock wedding dress, several passports, ... In short, this is a beautiful way to remember and celebrate the life of this amazing woman. As a huge fan of Audrey I left the exhibition with a big smile on my face.
