2. Have this pretty big room in a house (approx 4m x 4m, think big living room, lounge room, to fit 20-30 people, might need to move some furniture. The more the merrier).
3. Own the house (sorry, yes, you have to own it)
4. Have a sense of humour, adventure and readiness to welcome some guests into your home for an hour to share in some good art
