Hunter's Ground - No God But the Wild (Review)
Hunter's Ground are making some great raw wilderness survivalist black metal - which is made even more authentic by the fact these guys have pictures of hunting, rain cisterns, and tribal campfires on their tumblr. Musically, that guitar tone isn't going to be for everyone, but it's attention grabbing regardless. It took a little while to be available, but it's ready for you now via Broken Limbs Recordings. So, go out into the woods, unplug, shun the city you came from, and bathe in the moonlight. This is your soundtrack. The album is only $5 for the digital download. (Looks like the CD shipments that included animal bones are sold out.)
