Maybe you need to hear this message, it may be for you! I know I sure as hell needed to write it.
As I grow older I strive to become more in tune with my spirituality. I’ve since been lacking with it and in turn have negatively affected people around me. I do not want to be the kind of person that hurts people or leaves bad impression or even leaves negativity behind. I swear to myself to listen to my body and mind more, meet my needs where the sky meets the sea. Listen to the world around me and make an effort to understand the things that make no sense to me. There is no such thing as evil in me, just confusion and anger having no place to go. It’s my responsibility to find a space where both can stretch and relieve themselves of me. I do not hate anyone, I do not hate myself, I do not hate my life. In times of darkness I find solace. When the candle inside goes out; It’s a sign that it’s my turn to take charge and relight the flame. No one else can do that but me. No one is my enemy. No one is out to get me. Those who have hurt me no longer have power over me. I forgive them for their negligence and acknowledge that hurt people often hurt others. I am not hurt anymore. I do not hurt those around me.
So long as I take time for myself, keep my soul aligned and continue my journey- I will be okay. I will always be okay. I am Devine. I am intuitive. I am truthful. I am loving and kind. I am wise in my actions. I am creative. I am safe and grounded.
