ive been off college for 3 days because of depression and physical symptoms probably caused by it (ive felt so sick and achey and just fucking gross) and i just,, i feel awful. all around, fucking awful. today i’ve been alternating between extreme sadness and being numb, crying, apathy, suicidal thoughts and just a slew of horrible emotions. i feel so much guilt for staying at home for 3 days and i feel guilty for having done no work at all, i have no motivation to do anything, no focus, no drive, nothing.  i’m losing interest in the stuff that  i love and i  have like.. no hyperfixations to keep me motivated and happy rn, really
