I feel like they threw in those "Robert gets targeted"-moments in there to remind us of the hard time he had in prison - and once the whole John-storyline is over, this will be the thing that brings Robron back together - with Aaron helping Robert overcoming his trauma.

That's the dream! I deffo agree they're saving the meat of the story wrt what actually happened to him in prison for after John has gone, and it's hard to imagine Aaron won't be involved in that at some point

Troubles always come hand in hand. That was a very true saying that Mandos had recently taen as his own personal mantra to deal with the amount of people, mainly Elves, coming to petition their grievances to him.

That had been especially true, now, for Aegnor son of Finarfin. He had been surprised at the beginning, he suspected something stirring from Feanor and his sons, so far very unrepentant and causing mayhem, but it seemed that the query was Aegnor's only.

Speaking of, he heard him step into his halls, head high and the anger one could hardly ever find in any of Finarfin's children.

He braced himself and welcomed him. "Aegnor Arafinwion, welcome to my halls. How may I help you?"

He had started to become more used to chaos, but the nature of it was still very unpredictable.
