  I jut rly despise the person I am u j Nowdeserve everything I get and my friends keep telling me im wrong.when I say I am easy to hate.but.I am and not even I can like me I am boring and I do bad things and I smoke and everyone hates it but I cant stop now and i'm ugly and I betray my I'dal s and I keep telling.myself I am. sNOT going to.tell nyinr. How bad I feel bc it's disgusting but I cant.stop myself and I keep telling muslrf I.am only going to weary long sleeves bc I don't want my friends to worry and I don't want people to be disgustedby.me.and I keep saying ti myself that the things I make are ok and.i'm not gonna let others judge them if i'm happy ith.  them but I do and.most ifbthe the time ibjust wish I was gonr not even any of my therapists have ever actd they've said it's rly important I see them and that me feeling ok is important but they've all forgot about me or n to dismissed me so u guess noything is wrong this must be how everyone feels
