Some quick sketches and concepts for characters to add in draft 2. They're going to be supporting characters but even then, I'm glad to write them

The most important I guess are the ones I bothered to color in. Zlatan is a third order revolutionary and he will be quite involved in this part of the plot. The woman on the left is (in universe) a famous writer and the man in a wheelchair on the right is her son, an up and coming inventor.

Grigoriy vs Afanasiy

Grigoriy is the younger sibling here

I imagine their relationship to be kind of complicated... especially when you take into consideration the things Grigoriy does as soon as his brother is dead

Also in the first picture Afanasiy is kinda chubby so as to further emphasise the effect his illness had on him. I imagine it was some sort of digestive system disease, like ulcer or whatever. Stomach cancer (or a type of cancer, since they acted like it was completely incurable)
