(am i going crazy or does that not work with her release being 13 april 2012) (it might be the july 2012 issue i honestly could not tell you what the hell) (fuck no i think its the may 2012 issue, released on 13 apr 2012) her release is listed as 13 apr 2012 on the fandom wiki and vocadb though so im saying her bday is today. i think 13 apr 2012 was when she first appeared on nico douga. she's voiced by Matsumoto Wakako aka Kujira, and illustrated by Romilio
ihiro/ ihiro-chan first appeared on nico douga on 13 apr 2013, they're voiced by Igarashi Hiromi, and illustrated by kakao. they are one of the last windows 100% utaus to be released, and were released as a giveaway (i guess ?)
good fuck, finding anything about the Windows 100% utaus always takes years off my life, there is like nothing anywhere, and where there are things they contradict eachother or don't site sources and I have no idea what's going on !!
