I am so proud of myself for completing this 21 day tantra challenge hosted by the amazing King @faristudiosart @jahsun_tantra3 🙏🏾💖💖 ✨✨💫💫💥 To do this, with all the solar energy - retrogrades & eclipses - and taking accelerated online classes has been beyond intense!! I did it tho....I did the work nd took myself on. It was more than not having sex...no peak orgasms...no porn, it was really truly about spending time with myself so I could release old toxic outdated patterns beliefs relationships with ease & grace then sending them on their way with love. I've developed new healing practices that give me life along with a newfound appreciation for myself & what I'm creating. Loving me nd the skin I'm in 😘 yasss hunty 💋❤️ . This weekend I was reminded of how important it is 2 care for myself! Not jus because it's the holidays nd although this is my favorite time of year, often is the most difficult time because I really miss my loved ones who have transistioned. I've been blessed wit the opportunity 2 hold space for several close friends & their families during life changing moments these past several months. As I've held that space for others, I'm equally blessed 2 have people who do the same for nd remind me when I need 2 step back, decompress, nd pour into myself 😊 🙏🏾 I am grateful for those who allow me 2 be there for them nd who also are not only there for me but remind me 2 be here/there for me! I am at my best when I make those deposits into myself....it's even more important 2 continue making these deposits of self love during this busy holiday season when the focus often becomes blurred wit the bustle of more deadlines/demands in business while trying 2 balance nd fulfill the demands of family-food-parties. Jus the beginning....this yr I made a commitment 2 myself 2 love me more nd create the life I want. This is where I'm at so far....smiling more, wearing clothes that I used 2 make me feel uncomfortable bcuz I was focused only on my imperfections (ie the "muffin top" & "rolls") 🤦🏾‍♀️....but oohh chile lemme tell u how much I love me some me these days 😘 This....this rt here....this is only the beginning! I'm grateful for each nd every experience that brought me this far.
