My way to boost energy + my elementary grandma’s recipe of fudgy chocolate cookies!
We all have that days when neither affirmations nor inspiring books motivate. It can be in case of stress, bad weather or whatever.
When I feel like this, I know the decision makes me proud for myself at least. It’s baking!
Follow 4 simple steps to make you feel better:
Inspire yourself with tasty photos of cookies, muffins, etc.
Choose the simple recipe with no strange ingredients, so you can find everything you need in your kitchen.
Enjoy the aroma in the hole house and finally taste the result.

(I usually add my anti-stress desserts to my husband’s lunch bag, so additionally I have complements from him).
+ Bonus! The recipe of fudgy chocolate cookies, that can be cooked by a beginner in 30 minutes!
Dry ingredients for 7 big cookies 🍪:
0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
0.5 cup white granulated sugar
0.25 teaspoon baking soda
1,5 tablespoon of vegetable oil
0.5 cup chocolate chips (I used Milka bar cut in small pieces)
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix all dry ingredients in the bowl. Add liquids and mix together until fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips.
Using hands form 7 balloons and put them on the baking sheet. Press with fingers to make them as flat as you want.
Bake 10–12 minutes. Important not to over bake as they become dry.
Cool cookies and enjoy their crunchy surface and soft core.
