The Lon Chaney Theatre is a 230 seat performance space inside the Colorado Springs City Auditorium. It was established in 1986, after Author and Chaney biographer Michael F. Blake led a campaign to honor the acting legend in his hometown. Blake is a Masquer (as am I), a member of one of Hollywood’s oldest fraternities. Each Masquer must declare a sponsee. Blake’s is Lon Chaney.
