“Scornful Angel” (dtys @madebyinkyjar on insta)
Overall, this was a fun draw this in your style challenge. Drawing it was tricky, but coloring was just downright intimidating. I was very nervous about messing up while coloring the hair and skin (I was trying out a new skin coloring tutorial that I’m pretty sure I messed up). The original drawing doesn’t have wings, but I thought she was in the perfect pose to brandish some feathers. I like how the wings came out as well. At first I was worried they would look like leaves, but fortunately they do look like feathers after being colored. I’m glad that I’m finally getting a little better at drawing hands, too. I think she turned out all right in the end :)
