“ Hey Snow, enjoying yourself? ” Aomora spoke over the loud music of the bar. Now dressed, she stood side by side with the other woman, canting her head to the side as she looked up at her. Lime green eyes settled on Beau's lips, where they stayed for a while. “ My name's Aomora, though you can call me Mora if you want to. ” There was a slight accent to her voice, not unlike the kind many of the more typical residents of the Bay had. Definitely not fitting for an elf. Regardless, she didn't seem to care — she was far too busy examining Beau. Yup, she'd do for her company of the night. “ Hey Zev! ” She exclaimed, waving the barkeep over. “ Anything this lady wants and a Boralus Black for me. ” Then, she turned to Beau once more. “ Grab your drink and come with me to the seats over there. ” She said, and pointed towards what was clearly the VIP seats.
❝ oh -- absolutely! ❞ the half elf responded before she had processed with whom she shared company with. she spoke truthfully, of course; though she was far from used to the ambience and atmosphere offered at this place, she would be lying if she said she hadn't thus far enjoyed the experience. for all its allure, she had found comfort in the presence of others. more importantly: the presence of others who did not think twice about her presence being there.
yet her worries faded further still upon glancing to see who exactly was keeping her company in the moment. she flashed a smile towards the blood elf, though a delicate flush developed 'pon her cheeks as she did so. she relaxed ever so slightly. ❝ and if you don't mind my saying... I enjoyed your performance as well, Mora. i've not seen such a dance before; it was a pleasure to watch. ❞ was that what I was supposed to say? the half elf thought to herself. in truth a lot of what occurred in this place seemed to fly right over her head. things moved quickly and often without explanation -- so, too, did Aomora. at least, it seemed; for not a moment had she been at Beau's side and she was already calling for another and moving towards an array of seats that looked far too important for the half elf to have any business being near... and yet...
❝ my name is Beau, by the way. ❞ she added, a few minutes later -- having caught up with the blood elf after first ordering herself a drink from the barkeep. with the vast array of choices on display, the half elf had resorted to saying that which would perhaps continue the thinly-veiled illusion that she knew exactly what she was doing. thus did she hold a glass of Boralus Black within her hand, and though she had yet to take even a sip she pondered on whether following in the footsteps of one who seemed to be native to this place was a good idea... but such questions could be answered later. ❝ is this something you do often? I'd not expected to speak with you, truthfully -- not that I mind! just... well, I thought you wouldn't, is all. ❞
