WHO: Link Adair & Finn Fox (@gravefed) WHERE: Borderline Hotel, bar
Link wouldn't hesitate to say that the Borderline Hotel was like his second home. He didn't even mean to claim the place as his hangout spot, but after accidentally stumbling in after a night of aimless wandering, he decided he liked the atmosphere. It certainly helped that the staff were all friendly, and the more time he spent in the hotel, the more he could watch Yue and drum up ideas on how to woo her.
Of course, there were other reasons to hang out at the hotel other than obsessing over a crush. One of them happened to be FINN FOX. He was a man Link had grown comfortable with over the past few months, and he almost saw the man as a pseudo-father figure. He liked to imagine the bartender as a cool, seasoned version of himself, and perhaps that's why he never hesitates to speak freely when around the man.
❝Do you know any cool bartending tricks?❞ He asked, resting his arms on the bar as he watched the man before him. ❝I want to impress my boss. They always seem so grumpy and serious. I want to see if they're able to actually smile.❞ He assumed they knew how to smile, but he wouldn't be able to confirm until it happened. ❝I tried juggling some glass cups the other day, but I dropped them and got yelled at. I guess shattered glass isn't cool enough for them.❞
