Dahling, did you catch my demo yesterday at Central FL VegFest 2017 hosted by. @vegetarians_of_central_florida? We had so much fun making my Rasta Pasta with jerk sausage and @pestodiva's divine vegan pesto. There are seventyleven things I love doing but sharing what I have learned in the kitchen is always my favorite. I love teaching! CFL VegFest will always be dear to my heart because that is where I did my first cooking class...ever. Back in October 2015 I did a food demo showing you how to make my Jamaican Hard Dough bread at VegFest. You know, the deliciously soft, buttery slices we use for our sammiches at the cafe? Yep, that one. That represented the transition of my business from a blog to actual in person interactions. What a difference 2 years make. Thank you, dahling, for walking with me on this journey. Last night I had the pleasure of teaching a cooking class at Orange County Library (downtown) as part of @ocls Cuisine Corner. We had a packed room of people excited to learn about vegan cooking.
