Me: *watches book binding videos often enough my family now knows I watch them*
My mom: *is into crafting and things like that*
Me: *Shows her a picture of a cool, easy book binding thing that happens to have the pentacle on it just to see what her. re action would be (I'm considering coming out of the broom closet)*
My mom: that would look pretty without the satan symbol on it.
Me: but it's not exactly a satanic symbol. It's used for protection.
My mom: Its the satan star.
Me:😠🙄 *burrows deeper into the broom closet*
