Does Ishikk know where Hoid is??

He says "Well, you've got the 'fool' part right"

It seems like he knows that Hoid is now the King's Wit aka the King's Fool.

Assumimg he knew, why doesn't he tell them? Are Hoid and him friends or allies? Why is Ishikk protecting him?

Also, who is Ishikk? Is it just me or does it look like there is more to him?

I thought he was just a random guy the 17th Shard had hired to look for Hoid but I am not so sure anymore.

He spends a lot of time talking about "catching fishes" but he could actually mean "catching people".

What if Ishikk is a double agent?
