Peking duck gets all the attention, but you'd be surprised to know that roast goose is actually considered just as much of a delicacy in Hong Kong. A good roast goose is much like a good roast duck - crispy skin, rendered fat & tender meat. Few can do this tricky bird justice as well as Yat Lok. Pro-tip: go early to avoid queuing like we did!
