Somehow, the days since arriving in the Isles had seemingly melded together. The people seemed nice enough making accommodations for everyone that had been brought to their lands, which so far seemed to be quite a few people, and with the Queen of the Dark Faye offering free costumes and inviting them to a Halloween ball, well, who was Dakota to decline. It wasn’t hard for her to decide on a costume as she had already had one picked out back home but the second the tailor had finished and allowed her to look, blown away would’ve been an understatement. Even now as she crossed the floor of the ballroom, she couldn’t help but feel like a literal goddess and up until she was able to spot the blonde hair she had been looking for she had enjoyed some small chit chat here and there with some of the locals that had been nice to her when she had first arrived. The brunette stopped beside the male, leaning back on her elbows against the bar top as she glanced over at him. “Ah so he can clean up nicely,” Koty teased, a smile forming across her lips. “And here I thought you’d never wash the dirt off.”
