So today I

Got overly emotional reading up on cancer therapy involving a form a family member is afflicted with to the point of crying for a good 20min

Had the drywall in the room just outside the kitten nursery fall and basically explode on impact with the floor, sending (probably dangerous) particles cascading from under the door and into their space (they go to the vet tonight for shots so I’ll have them checked)

Got really sick after eating lunch

Found out an old friend from karate died but people are so distraught by it nobody has said who it actually is so my anxiety is going crazy wondering
