I'm still tempted to make a character who is a Green-Haired Japanese Ghost Witch who apparently came from "another dimension", but she left her original world somewhere between 1998 and 2002, so there's over 20 years of backstory which wouldn't apply to Mima Touhou

(If the subject of returning to her home universe comes up, she says "It would be difficult")

Bad idea: ZUN brings Mima back. Like Yuuka and Alice, she gains a surname. Her full name now is Mima Touhou.

Still want to make a character who's, like. A green-haired japanese ghost who's this Bad Influence Big Sister, she verifiably came from another dimension, she has a history of mentoring young/inexperienced magicians ...

ZUN announces he's going to reintroduce a PC-98 character who debuted in HRtP. Everybody's screaming, "Mima! Mima! Mima!" Then the reveal comes ... it's one of the final bosses, now with a surname, 'Dreamer.'
