Swaying in and out
I’ve been so much better lately. It was almost like I had gotten to the point where it was okay. Where I could handle the reality. And don’t get me wrong, I still think about it every single fucking day. But I got to the point where It was okay. And there was still her, and there was still missing you, but for a second there was me again. And I don’t know what happened, where it came from or what it was, but in a single fucking instant I was brought down by a tsunami wave. It was like all of a sudden it was a fresh wound again. And unfortunately it got me thinking, which we both know is never good. But I just have to say that it’ll never be right to me that this will never change. That you will never come back. With everything that has happened down to the basics of how we are - it’s just not right that it’s not possible. I don’t think either of us could leave if we tried, doesn’t that say it all? It’s like a gravitational pull. But one we’re forced to ignore. And I know you would if you had to, leave that is, because there are things in your life that are bigger than gravity.
