Good week everybody! Today we feel lucky, not just because it’s sunny out but because life at SinCa hasn’t changed much. There is only the two of us here, the workshop is at home, we have a good stock of wood to keep production going, and our contact with clients and suppliers has always being mostly online. Therefore isolation hasn’t impacted our production or work routine - with the exception of the postponement of the AD Show. Because we are aware we are lucky want to tell everybody who’s life has been affected by the current situation that our harts and support are with you and that we hope all of this brings a positive change in your life. Studio. I’m very lucky to have a space exclusively to create in, its also in our backyard and I love that. I am not the type who needs a “go to the office feel” to be productive... honestly these days I rarely get out of my pajamas for work. (These days 😂) Ever seen pictures of Klimt in his studio sporting his giant white mumu? That guy had it figured out. While this home based locale doesn’t impede my productively, when it’s placed in tandem with mothering I can start to feel a little run over... good to be already in pjs for those shared afternoon emotional crashes w baby.... today I started to freak that I’d somehow gotten lice ... I woke up last night with tickling on my scalp and then felt it regularly throughout today... just after putting baby down for his nap I felt it distinctly and ran to the bathroom... then I saw the bug... turns out it was just an ant that had been living in my hair for the last 12 hours.... whew!#iworkfromhome https://www.instagram.com/p/BvvZNtFH4jl/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1ouosdpi2vqnp
