Merry Christmas everyone! Happy holidays all! Enjoy this year's holiday tale of snowy romance and waking Jack frost for winter.
The piece of paper slips from your hand and into the box. You release a nervous breath, and a smile crosses your face. The box seems like nothing in the grand scheme of things, but every year the people of Rudbeck waited for it with brimming excitement.
Having placed your name into the box for the last few years, there was a chill that ran down your spine this year. This was your year; you just knew it! More young men and women came up behind you to insert their names for the selection. You even saw your sister, who shyly tucked her slip of paper behind her back when she saw you.
“I thought you weren’t coming.” Your smile grew as her cheeks burned bright.
Hannah frowned, keeping her hands tucked behind her back. “I asked Olaus. He said I should try one more time.”
You suspect she was also holding her husband’s name on a slip of paper. You couldn’t help but feel jealous of the newlyweds and their desire to continue the Rudbeck tradition.
“Who knows? Perhaps you will be blessed with a child of snow.” I teased her.
Her eyes flicked to the podium, then back to you. “That doesn’t matter. What matters is that someone can awaken the frost.”
Ah yes, the frost. The spirits of season blessed four towns. Each one responsible for waking the blossom, the heat, the falling, and the frost. Rudbeck was responsible for winter. Each year, a volunteer is selected from the box who will wake the King of Winter. It is a great honor, as the King will visit you after each frost he lays. Everyone wants the role of awakening the king. You had been waiting for years.
Every time you saw the Waker, they always seemed so…blissful after waking the king. All winter they floated around with their head in the clouds. You were never the jealous type; in fact, you were happy for them. But you so longed to be one of those blissful individuals for a winter.
Since you grew up in the selected ‘Town of Winter’, one might think you were built for the elements. But poor circulation had plagued your family for generations, and your career as a glassblower was more than a choice of artistic passion. The constant fires and excess heat of the shop were exactly the sort of escape you needed. Even if your goal was the King of Winter, you were a child of summer at heart.
One morning as you were preparing breakfast, there came a knock at your door. It was far too early for company.
“Wait,” you whispered. “What day is it?” You closed your robe tight around you and went to the door. There stood last year’s Waker, Mikkel, holding a bag.
“Congratulations!” He offered out the bag with his triumphant greeting. “Your name was just selected from the box this morning.”
Despite knowing in your heart that this was your year, you were wide-eyed with disbelief. “Come in!” You gasped, stepping aside to let him in. “Oh! Mikkel, how wonderful to see you!”
He chuckled, stepping into your small flat. Ever since last year, he had held this charming twinkle in his eye. It appeared as if he knew the secrets of the world.
You were practically dancing on your tiptoes. “I was just making breakfast. Would you like anything?”
“Something warm to drink.” He took a seat at your table. “I’m mainly here to tell you what you can expect when you go to wake King Frost.”
Coffee was at the ready; all you had to do was pour him a cup. “Just tell me when I can go!”
Mikkel laughed again. “I can see you’re excited. But there are a few tips I want to pass on.” He took the coffee mug, his fingers cool as they touched your skin.
“Really?” You sat down beside him, heart still pounding away.
“It’s freezing up there, and he doesn’t like warmth very much. So it’s important you take a tincture before you go.” He motioned to the bag. “You have the supplies you’ll need in there.”
Taking the bag onto your lap, you sorted through. The fire tincture was quite a large bottle. There were fur-lined gloves and socks as well. There was also a silvery bottle full of an opalescent fluid.
“I promise you’ll need that. Do not think you can do this on your own skill and cunning. It’ll be a big surprise when you first meet him.”
The vial itself was gorgeous; you could tell it was your Master’s work at the glass shop. But it was the viscous liquid inside that made the fine glass shine. “Is he truly as they say?” You’re not sure why you spoke so hushed.
Another knowing laugh came from Mikkel’s lips. “He is. Trust me, I'd used the whole vial by the time I woke him.”
Your belly churned with excitement. “That’s what I wanted to hear, Mikkel.” He leaned forward, giving him a soft kiss on the cheek. “Is there anything he likes I should know about?”
“He adores having fun. When he wakes up, he’ll want to play a bit.” His smile was so bright. “And don’t be afraid to push him around. I know he will intimidate you, but he needs to be fully awake.”
“I see.” You murmured.
Mikkel hesitated. There were words on his lips he wanted to speak but couldn’t get out. He lowered his gaze, eyes focusing on the vial in your hand.
“What’s wrong?” You asked.
He sighed bitterly. “I know this sounds selfish of me. I have already had my turn and all. But I would love to see him again. Maybe one night after his first frost I could stay with you? At least to tell him I think of him often.”
You smiled. “Of course! I don’t mind that at all.”
His cheeks flushed, and he looked near tears. “Thank you! I will pay you back for that kindness. I promise.”
“No worries. So when can I go?” You were eager to get to the king’s resting grounds. It was a brief journey outside town to the lake.
When you approached the edge of the lake, there was a woman waiting for you. She didn’t look too happy, and as if she were in a rush.
“Waker?” She grunted at you.
You nodded, clutching your bag of supplies in your hand.
The woman looked you up and down with a critical eye. “Have ya taken the tincture yet, honey?”
“One, yes!” It was a potent drink too. Your senses were already muddling and blurring as the heat grew in your belly.
She clicked her tongue a few times. “He likes the bigger girls.” She said this dismissively, despite the uplifting message. She stepped closer to the lake, stomped her foot a few times and threw out seeds across the frozen surface.
A moment later, the ice cracked, opening to reveal a set of stairs. The woman stepped aside. “There you go. Just let me know when you get back.” She pointed to the hut on the other side of the lake, which she immediately started walking towards.
“What do I-” She would not stop to listen. You peered down the stairs, seeing they went quite far. You swallowed and stepped down.
You were under the lake, frozen above you. There were plants suspended in the cold, a few creatures hibernating against rocks and flora. The sight awed you. Then, you stepped into a massive, cavernous room. There wasn’t much to it, aside from the king’s bed in the dead center.
“This is it,” you whispered. The fire tincture was now in your limbs and lips. You were roiling hot. You stripped off your coat, tossing it to the floor as you approached the bed. The bed was on a platform surrounded by a shroud of ice. You could see the king’s resting form inside, still as death.
You swallowed hard from the mixture of nerves and excitement. Your breath came out in thick, billowing clouds, which parted the sheer ice curtain. A moment of prayer and then you stepped towards his bed.
Biting your lip, you took in the king’s visage for the first time. Long white hair surrounded his head and dripped over his pillow. His white beard fell onto his bare chest. His features were sharp; his nose was long and hooked.
He lay bare on the bed as you gazed down. He was lean, with long fingers, nails like diamonds. You placed a knee onto the bed, your breath coming out in even thicker clouds.
“Wow,” you whispered. Removing your hat and scarf, you were awestruck by his body. Then you saw between his thighs.
“My goodness!” You gasped, crawling down to get a better look. The scepter of a king was always strong and mighty, but the scepter attached to this king was even mightier.
“Mikkel didn’t prepare me for this.” You murmured as you inspected it. “The cock of King Frost.” You took a deep breath. “It’s mine.”
The shaft was heavy in your hand. Frost at the tip chipped away, revealing a pink shine beneath. The fire tincture was working its magic, but it was also daring you to take a taste of the king. The cold of his glans mingled with a sort of dewiness, making him taste like snow cream. Your tongue, however, could not explore further. It became stuck to his pole.
Taking the glass vial, you opened it and poured the shimmering liquid over your tongue. As the frost melted, it tasted like sugar, crystalizing, shattering, and sweetening along his glans.
“I have to be careful.” You licked your lips, tasting the cold and sweetness. Taking off a glove, you rubbed the liquid over his cock, knocking away the frost and giving him an even more delicious shine.
Flicking your eyes up towards his face, the king showed no signs of waking. “I can’t wait for you to wake up.” You kissed his tip, going down. “I can’t wait to see what you are like.” You planted soft, inviting kisses down. Sucking slightly, you opened your lips over his sack. They were heavy and soft, with the same inviting creaminess as his tip.
Your mouth watered, causing drool to freeze on your chin. You dribbled more of the shining liquid onto his scepter. There came a pulse as you stroked him. You lapped up the underbelly before greedily taking the glans into your mouth. Moaning against him, urging his cock to wake before he did. You took him deep into your mouth, choking but not stopping.
King Frost was hardening. More than that, he was growing even larger than before. You gagged upon him, sputtering him out to see his icicle standing high and proud.
You knocked frozen spittle from your chin, sitting up to remove your pants and underclothes. Straddling the king’s thigh, you thrust your hips back and forth. His skin was cold, but your loins were wildfire. You left glossy trails on him that quickly froze over the next instant. Your heat and his cold make an intoxicating sensation on your lips.
“I’ve waited for you,” you whimpered. “I’ve heard all the stories. When I was told lullabies as a child, I was so enchanted with you.” You moaned out as your pleasure grew. “I’ve wanted to wake you. I’ve longed for it.” You continued to grind into his thigh. “I’d do anything for you.” You climbed up to him to plant soft, loving kisses on his lips.
You brushed aside his wild hair, admiring how the sharpness of his face didn’t make him jagged, but strange in the most beautiful way.
Reaching below, you touched yourself, sinking your fingers inside. You then took the damp tips, placing them upon his lips and into his mouth. His tongue was soft, teeth frighteningly sharp.
“Let my taste be the last thing you dream of,” you whimpered. You eased back, rising and guiding the icicle. You poured more of the shining liquid over the tip, rubbing it into your loins as well.
“Do you feel me?” You gazed up at him. “How warm I am? How wet?” You rubbed his tip against your folds. “Are you realizing this is real?”
The king’s eyelids were twitching ever so slightly.
Lowering down, you began taking him inside. He was so big, much bigger than you thought you could take. But the beautiful liquid was doing its job.
“I bet it feels better when you’re awake.” You whimpered as you took off your top, the last article of clothing you had on, aside from your socks. “I need you to wake up so you can truly fuck me, my king.” Your hips moved on their own. The fire tincture was guiding you, making you speak out loud, thrust harder than you intended.
King Frost’s eyes twitched more, causing his lashes to flutter. His lips parted, and snowflakes escaped with his breath.
“Yes! Yes! Wake up. It’s winter.” Your thrusts became faster, harder. You were already close. “Do you feel me coming for you? My king! I’m coming for you!”
The king’s hand gripped your thigh, and another breath of snowflakes fluttered around you. You didn’t stop, the fire tincture was pooling in your loins, burning, aching.
You needed to come! You needed to come for him!
King Frost’s eyes flashed open as you threw back your head, crying out in abandon as your body became wrecked with an intensity you had never reached. You gushed, spilling along his shaft.
The room was spinning as you collapsed onto the king’s chest. Shaking and gasping for breath, his hands roamed over your rear.
“Even better than last year’s.” He squeezed greedily at your ass.
Shakily, you sat up. “My king?”
Sitting up, the king smirked down upon you. His hair flowed around his head like a wild mane. “Let me see you, Waker.” He held your chin between his long fingers, smoothing his thumb across your heated lips.
“They get better and better each year.” He licked his lips.
You shot up, wrapping your arms around his neck and kissing him with a desperation that had left you in childhood. King Frost continued fondling your rear, easing his cock between your cheeks.
King Frost chuckled as he kissed the top of your head and temple. “Catch your breath. I won’t tire you so quickly.” He lifted your chin again, studying your face with keen eyes. “You will be mine all winter. Do you want me to give you my all now, or do you wish to wait?”
“I want it all now! I’ve been waiting for you for so long!” You realized you were overeager, but the fire tincture was forcing you to speak again.
King Frost’s laugh was jovial and sweet. “Would you like to play with me?” His smirk was dastardly.
You nodded. “Yes, my king.”
“Call me Jack,” he laughed. “No need to be formal now that you’ve come on my cock.” He reached down, stroking himself and moaning indulgently. “You actually got me warm. Feel.”
You placed your hand around him, his pulse growing more intense.
“Go ahead, play. I am all yours after all.” He watched your hand go up and down, up and down, grin ever present. “Is there anything you would like us to do, my Waker?”
“I was going to ask you the same thing,” you giggled. “I want to know how you’d like to play with me?”
The king was upon you in an instant, pinning you down on the bed. He flipped your rear up, pushing your knees beside your ears. He plunged his long fingers into you, opening you up.
“My, my, my. All the things I could do to you.” He held out his palm, forming a rounded icicle in the center. He pressed it into you, slowly easing it in and out. It was absolutely freezing, thank goodness for the fire tincture.
“Look how fast it’s melting.” He removed what remained of the icicle and lapped what melted from inside. He slurped loudly, moaning and growling as he opened you with his fingers again. His tongue swirled inside you, long and cold.
He laughed against you, pulling back his tongue as he kissed your clit. “I could do that all winter.”
“Do I make good tea?”
Jack threw his head back, guffawing. He then slapped your rear with glee. “You and I are going to have great fun, my darling! Great fun!” Jack laid you back upon the bed and stepped off the bed.
As you peered through the curtains, you saw that the cavernous room had taken on a more cozy appearance. There were carvings in the ice of animals dancing among snowflakes. A grand chair had appeared, and with it, a small serving cart laden with bottles and food.
“Come, come,” he beckoned you, curling his long fingers. “Eat something. I’m sure all those stairs and fucking made you hungry.”
There was an open tin of Turkish Delight, a beautifully crafted gingerbread house, petite fours with glittering frosting, and wine served in bottles similar to the vial of shimmering liquid. Jack opened one, poured a glass and drank.
You took a gumdrop from the gingerbread out, sucking off the frosting and sugar before the sweetness filled your mouth.
Jack’s fingers caressed your back. “If you don’t like sweets, I can get you something else. Besides myself, I mean.”
You shook your head. “I have a sweet tooth.”
“So do I!” He then offered you the wine, letting you sip from his cup. It too was quite sweet. Some dribbled down your chin and onto your breast. “Ah, for me.” He knelt down, kicking your jaw, your neck. His tongue trailed down your breast until your nipple was between his lips.
“Jack,” you whimpered. “I’m sensitive.”
He bit, causing you to scream out in pain and arousal. A smile came into his eyes. He took icing from the gingerbread house, smearing it on the other nipple. He licked and bit, growling as he feasted.
As your body trembled, Jack swept you off your feet, lifting you from the ground and holding you in his arms. There were more kisses, soft moans. A pleasure rippled through you as Jack took you back to bed.
The sheets were cool against your back. The fire tincture fully engulfed your whole body. Jack rested his body on top of yours, kissing you, petting you. His hands stroked down your legs and under your thighs, hoisting them up before placing his icicle upon you. He studied how deep it would go, eyes shimmering.
You bit your lip, already well aware of how he fit inside. But you didn’t know how he would move.
Jack took the vial, pouring the rest of the contents over himself as well as upon your folds. He slipped it inside you with his fingers, gently stocking the fire there to burn even hotter.
“Please-” the word slipped from your lips as a desperate plea. “I need you now.”
Jack pressed his finger onto your lips and then your tongue. “Don’t worry. You have me.” He then slowly, achingly, pressed back inside you. Jack took his time to admire how you stretched for him, swallowed him. He put his hand over your belly and smirked.
“That’s it,” he moaned. “This old bone still feels young, doesn’t it?” His hips pressed him deeper, where his cold met your fire.
You cried out, muffled by his fingers in your mouth.
“There’s the secret,” he whispered to you. “I could not shake my slumber without this.” He started with soft strokes. He was slow, studying, taking his fingers from your tongue and trailing them all over your body.
“If I could make winter eternal, and please all the maidens and gentlemen of this village, trust me, I would.” He chuckled, with a brilliant smile on his lips. “I am addicted to intimacy. The closeness that comes with the cold.” The slow, soft strokes were becoming deeper.
“Do you remember Mikkel?” You whimpered.
Jack’s eyes shone. “Of course I do. I remember all my Wakers.”
“He wants to see you again. With me.” Those words urged on his thrusts. A memory, perhaps, that drove his lust to be stated faster.
“I would love that.” Jack’s breath began filling the room with snow and fog. “It wouldn’t be the first time,” he laughed.
The fire tincture was burning through your whole body. The surrounding snow turned to steam before even touching your skin.
“I’ll take you both. I’ll watch you take each other.” Jack growled as his affection turned powerful. “My Wakers-”
The heat and ice from you both turned into ice-cold waters. It bubbled over your head, drowning you. The intensity throbbed through your whole body, aching your limbs, curling your toes.
You opened your eyes, gasping out loud as you shot out of bed.
“Oh good, I can close the lake.” It was the woman from before, flipping through a book she dropped onto the table.
“What?” You gasped.
“Jack’s out and about now. Good job.” The woman stepped out of her house and into the snow, chucking something onto the lake’s surface.
“How did I get here?” You yelped.
“Jack always takes care of his Wakers.” The woman huffed as she sat back down at her table. “Enjoy it.”
You got out of bed and stared out the window as snow fell. A smile grew on your lips as Jack’s cold seed seeped down your leg.
His forehead is pressed against yours, icy hair damp at the roots, clinging to his temple like it's never known heat before. His breath fogs out in puffs, half from effort, half from disbelief. You’ve got your legs locked around his waist like a trap he’ll never escape from, even if he wanted to.
But he doesn’t. God, he doesn’t.
“Shit—” he huffs, voice hoarse, “—you ruin me, sweetheart.”
His hips slam up into you again, sharp and deep, and you clench around him so tight he stutters—just a little, just enough for that cocky smile to twitch at the corners of his lips. That grin. That infuriating grin that always makes you want to slap it off or kiss it until he forgets how to use it.
He doesn't stop, even after he’s spilled inside you, even after his body’s gone taut with aftershocks, even after his moans turn into those breathless little gasps that sound more like pleas than anything else.
And he does not pull out.
He can’t.
“F-fuck—fuck, angel, it’s too much, you feel—” His voice cracks as your walls flutter around him again. “—you feel so good, baby, I can’t—I can’t stop—”
He’s still thrusting. Hasn’t even thought of stopping. His hips roll in circles now, trying to grind just right, shifting angles like he’s memorizing every one that makes you gasp louder, clamp down harder. That whimper when your legs shake around his waist? It ruins him.
“You’re shaking,” he pants, nose brushing your cheek, forehead dragging against your shoulder. He’s drenched now, slick chest sticking to yours. “You like that? You like when I rub you right there?” He thrusts deep, groaning. “God, you’re squeezing me so hard. Do it again, darling, please—I’ll cum like a fucking mess if you do it again.”
Your hands slide down his trembling back, cool with sweat. One hand cups his neck; the other rakes through that messy white hair, wet and sticking to his forehead, and when your fingers tug, he gasps.
“Please.” Jack breathes the word like he’s crying, hips faltering, twitching inside you, thrusts sloppy and so sensitive now that it hurts—but he’s still moving. Still serving.
“Want to stop?” you whisper, even though your hips rock up into him again.
He chokes. “No, no—fuck, no, don’t sto—” He cuts off with a moan when your walls flutter around him again. “Shit, you’re still—still so tight—how—”
You try to speak—beg or curse or maybe just breathe—but your moan rips out instead, sudden and sharp, when he shifts his angle and hits just right.
Jack feels it. Hears it.
“Ah—there it is,” he pants, pulling you flush against him, arms locking around your waist as he starts thrusting up, not just in but up, chasing the way your body tightens and sobs. “You liked that? Wanna keep you right there, sweet girl. Cry on my cock just like that—fuck, I love it when you cry.”
You do cry. A little. Your eyes sting with it, the ache blurring into heat, into pleasure so far past the edge that you’ve forgotten where the edge even was. Your fingers thread through his damp hair, tugging, gripping—trying to ground yourself while he keeps fucking you like you’re the last warmth on earth.
And he’s still talking. Still gasping out praise like prayer.
“Don’t stop holdin’ me like that, baby,” he groans, forehead slick against your shoulder, the scent of sweat and snow sticking to both your skins. “You feel so fucking good. You love it too, yeah? I can feel it—every time I push in, your pussy just sings for me—god, it’s singing right now—”
He’s gone. Utterly gone.
Your thighs tremble at his sides. He moans when they do, grinds just to feel it again.
That’s when you clench again.
“Ngh—shit—don’t do that, you’re gonna make me—” He bites his lip hard, slams his hips deeper, shifting again, faster this time—“oh my god, right there—fuck—I’m so close, sweetheart—gonna cum so hard if you just keep—fuckfuckfuck, please—”
He’s rutting now. Messy. Desperate. Moaning your name into your mouth, kissing you like it’s the only thing keeping him alive. His cock twitches inside you, hot and throbbing, overstimulated and slick with everything he’s already given you.
You grip his waist, dragging your nails down as he thrusts, broken and gasping.
“Y-you like this?” he babbles, breath hitching. “You like me like this, baby? So—so desperate for your pussy I can’t even think straight? My mind’s gone, sweetheart, I’m so—so fucking gone—”
Your hands crawl over his skin—his throat, collarbone, down to his abs, sweaty and twitching. He hisses when you scratch lightly, biting at your shoulder to keep himself from cumming.
But you feel him twitch. You know he’s close.
“Want me to cum?” Jack whispers, voice ragged and aching against your ear. “Gonna let me? Let me fuck it into you like a good boy, yeah? Fill you up so warm you forget—”
You grind up against him, and he whines. Actually whines into your mouth, kissing you so deep it’s filthy. So messy you barely breathe.
Your orgasm slams into you before you can even see it coming, all white heat and static. Your body arches like a bow, mouth open in a silent scream as your walls flutter and tighten around him, as his mouth finds your throat. Jack curses, eyes rolling back, holding still for one breathless second.
His whole body jerks as he spills inside you, moaning your name like it’s a fucking prayer, trembling, clinging to you, hips still moving through it like he needs to give you everything he has, every last drop. He keeps going, even through overstimulation, face buried in your neck, whispering
“You’re so good, so good for me, I’ll keep going—‘m not done, baby, not ‘til you’re shaking—”
He collapses onto you, skin like winter silk, but burning.
And then, that stupid voice again, muffled against your chest.

Merlin was not a timid man of magic nor did he shy away from intimacy. Whether sending flowery hints of his desires through letters or whispering them during a walk together, Merlin let you know.
Bring a powerful and magical being with importance in the kingdom, Merlin did not waste any time in your presence. That did not mean he was quick and never took his time, no. Merlin refused to have you question his intentions or love from any lack of communication on his part. You always knew how he felt. Anywhere in the kingdom.
"Merlin." You gasped as he pressed your back against a wall, his lips on your neck. "Someone might hear us."
"They are much too occupied." Merlin busied himself with your clothes.
For the moment the servants' entrance to the great hall was quiet. The others were likely more traveled because of their route to the kitchen.
"Meetings and counseling have taken my time from you, my love. I must," he inserted a finger into you, "gift you with something before next we meet more properly."
"Yes."
"I have missed you." He kissed you with a slow tenderness as he thrusted another finger into you. "Every word and touch. The expressions on your handsome face while I please you."
Merlin took every opportunity to communicate, whether physical or through words, how much he loved you.

King Arthur was not new to intimacy or love. His only fear was heartbreak. Each day with you brought hope to drive away his fears. Each night spent with you lessened his troubles.
Whenever the king was overtaken by his love for you, heart full and body restless, he took you to bed. In his chambers, he could openly share his feelings, desires, ideas, and hear all of yours while making a mess of the tucked-in bedsheets.
Mornings tended to be his majesties' weakness when he was rested, sated, and in your company.
"I have to hold council today, my love."
"Not now," you said as you continued lining his chest with kiss after kiss.
"At some point, I must dress," he sighed, hardly defending his case.
"After we break fast, then."
"My love, we--"
Words broke into whispers of air while he closed his eyes, quickly lost in how your fingers begun stroking his member. He could not remember what he was to say or do. All of his thoughts revolved around loving you.
"The morning light is so beautiful, is it not, my king?" You kissed his chin.
Eyes blinking, King Arthur answered with a hand on your cheek. "I can only see you."
You were King Arthur's strength and weakness, he would willingly grant you to do as you pleased with him.

Mad Hatter had tea with you on schedule. Compliments were given to you with any string of words that came to his mind, any time of day. Lovely conversation and tender gazes were exchanged each time while the tea was hot.
Yet some tea invitations or spontaneous visits had very little drinks in mind.
Your boyfriend was a creative, an artist, a hatter, and a lover. Which, as your lover, he took his title seriously. Expressing his love verbally and physically however you wished. As creative as you desired.
He was, of course, madly in love with you. Day and night. Tea or no tea. Once you had allowed him to touch you, he craved to experience your skin against his again and again.
"That hat suits you, my dear." He complimented you and placed both of his hands on the wall on either side of you.
"Thank you." You smiled, unfazed by his stance.
He was exactly where you wanted him.
"It's very fine, indeed." His gaze stared, multicolored eyes transfixed on your face.
"Fine enough to be my only accessory?" You poked a single button on his vest.
"No bracelet or ring could compare with a hat, you know."
"And...if I only wore this hat?" You inquired, watching his pupils dilate.
A wide grin spread across his face. Bright and mischievous.
Your fingers quickly released him from his colorful trousers as he nearly ripped your clothes off in a mad scramble to have you bare. You cared not what happened to your clothes, they could be repaired simply. Having your boyfriend lift you higher against the wall concerned all your care and attention.
"A fine person in a fine hat," Hatter pushed into you with a familiar roll of his hips, "a perfect hat for a perfect person. A love I can feel. That squeezes tight. You feel just right-- Ah!"
Your touch could bring him to the brink of insanity; if he wasn't happily there already with you in his arms.

Captain Hook had his ship, the Never Seas, and you. His treasures that gave him much pleasure. However, only one could make the pirate captain fall to his knees, plead, pleasure, and lay waiting. He could celebrate with you on the sandy shores, bent over a treasure chest, between bedsheets, and overlooking the blue waters. On days that did not meet his expectations, he turned to you.
"Do not torture me so," he groaned as he left open mouthed kisses on your thigh. "My day was scattered by those brats. My crew could not handle mere foliage. The treasure is still out there. If I can not have it now, let me have this. Touch me."
Relenting, you carded your fingers through his thick hair.
"Finally." Captain Hook gripped your hips dangerously tight before taking you between his lips where the mere allowance to do so left him mewling in satisfaction.
"Take it slow, my dear captain." You watched on as he tasted you on his tongue. "You have your reward."
"My treasure," Captain Hook growled with dark eyes and took you into his mouth once more.
Treasure could be many things to different pirates. To Captain Hook, he preferred when his treasures were laid out before him ready for anything.

Peter Pan was playful and carefree personified. Which leaked into every aspect of his immortal life. Each night he wished on a star for more fun and a better day than the previous. With you, Peter found himself wishing for more fun with you.
Games specifically for the two of you lit up his mood and loneliest days. Adventures to unexplored parts of an island gave way for private games of tag, find the treasure, and anything he came up with on the fly.
With you as his special friend, Peter became more inventive with his games. More intimate, in his own way.
Out near the mountain sides covered in greens, Peter and yourself stood upon a thick tree branch. His shadow circled yours, playfully out of reach each time yours went to touch.
You laughed lightly at the sight on the thick trunk of the tree.
"Don't let them catch you first," Peter stated from behind you. "They bite."
"They do not." You turned abruptly to face him.
"But you do pounce." He lowered his voice as if in warning or at the start of a tale. "If I so much as turn my back," he rotated to expose his back to you, "you'll strike."
Tempting, you thought as you bent your knees.
But he was too quick. Peter had you pinned against the tree with a hand gripping your hip and the other hand intertwining with your own.
"I win again." Peter whispered as he stared into your eyes.
A wave of heat rolled through the pair of you, a full body tremor that pressed you closer together.
Peering above, you saw the cause: Peter's and your shadows were merging in a dance the pair of you had yet to perform.

Jack Frost brought freezing nights and chilly mornings to the world, a significant contrast to his personality. A heart full of joy, fun, playfulness, and love that could burst any frozen surface.
As your lover, Jack was well aware of his powers and the touch of his skin. Though cold, he knew how to give you goosebumps, shivers, and raise a flush, whether visible or not, on your skin with his actions. A knowing smirk, a gliding fingertip across your neck, or even his breath fanning over your bare skin could have you warm all over. Jack could heat up any intimacy with you with cool confidence.
"Too cold?" Jack Frost slipped passed the curtains covering your bedroom window.
"Not freezing." You answered quickly. "I'm alright." From under the blankets, you wiggled your feet.
"I can see that." Jack hopped onto the foot of the bed. "But I only see your head...how unfair. No fun either." He crossed his arms over his chest.
"Why don't you join me?"
"That sounds like fun."
Quickly dropping his jacket on the comforter, Jack practically dove into bed and into your embrace where you both shivered from such contrasting body temperatures.
The shared love you had for one another was a sure remedy for such an event. With familiar caresses and slow kisses, any thought of temperature was soon forgotten in light of a romp between sheets. The bedframe shook and hit the wall with a sporadic rhythm. Laughter, sighs, moans, and soft teasing filled the bedroom amongst other more unique sounds as you two were well engrossed with each other.
"Jack." Your hands held his so tightly you might had feared frostbite if Jack wasn't completely numbing your mind to anything beyond pleasure.
There would surely be interesting weather conditions to be reported later on, however Jack and yourself were much too preoccupied.
~~~
Magic Mirror was trapped in his mirror and could not touch you by practical means. That did not deter either of you from forming a love and needing one another in various ways. When you desired him so much, he gave you what he always could: his words.
His wisdom and thoughts were wide. Yet there was desire within he could share with you privately.
"Come close, come near, let it be my voice that you hear." His mirror hung by the bedside.
Your fingers clenched the pillow that sat underneath you. Rolling your hips repeatedly in a pressured rhythm.
"Hold on tightly to keep your pace. Back and forth allowing arousal to grow. Let me see you now for I yearn to give you this feeling of burning nice and slow."
"I need you."
"And I you. Take my voice as a lover's touch and you must not rush. All will bring you pleasure, I will not hush."
Wherever in the lands you were, he would be right there with you. Whenever either of you found another way to be closer or physically together, Magic Mirror would surely find that knowledge.
~~~
Count Dracula tended to speak more terms of endearment and all about his love for you if the mood turned even the slightest romantic. When romance was high and privacy guaranteed, your lover worshipped you every way he knew how.
Whether his long fingers kneaded your warm flesh after a long day or his fangs left marks on your most sensitive areas or the Count made love to you until sunrise, he made sure you were loved. Thoroughly and completely by him.
"You are wrapped into my very being. Any soul that I have is marked by your love." As he spoke his lips brushed yours. His hands splayed on your back as you straddled him. "Let us now be consumed by our love. Cover me in it. Surround me with your eternal affections."
"Always, my count."
You guided him into you and watched with pleasure how his eyes rolled back.
"Eternal affections," he moaned and exposed his fangs, "take me now. Never shall I be in want of another."
You sunk down on his lap as your lover's pale visage shifted between an elegant gentleman and a wild immortal at your every move. With fingernails threatening to pierce your skin, he stretched his jaw towards the ceiling as you rode him slowly and testing his composure. Your fingers on his shoulders felt every muscle under his skin. Every ounce of power he used for your benefit and combined pleasure.

Mr Darcy was kind and ever prudent. In a familiar setting and with your love, he did not hide his unyielding affections. Concealing his love was close to impossible. The attachment known to those most observant.
There were times of course when that love needed to be expressed no matter how society viewed specifics.
"Why did you swim in the lake, my Mr Darcy?" You asked from under the shade of a tree; one of the many on the Pemberly estate.
"I needed to clear my mind." He answered, holding his overcoat on front of him as he stood before you, his amused beloved.
"Why would you need to do that? What ever has been on your mind?"
"The future."
"A heavy subject indeed." You reached your hands out to him, beckoning him to come closer.
Mr Darcy stepped forward with a soft smile upon his lips and clasped your hands with his own.
"The present is the only time you will ever see, dearest." You insisted.
"Then I will happily spend that time with you."
Holding your hands to his chest, you felt the beating of his heart as you touched him. The afternoon sun not the only thing warming you both as he placed a trail of kisses along the side of your face.
~~~
Mr Bingley was expressive as a person could be and shared all of his delightful thoughts, especially with you. His one love who he longed to spend more time with if only people would keep to themselves for more than a few minutes.
Standing before a large window overlooking the grounds at Netherfield Park, Charles breathed a sigh of relief at the sight of you highlighted in the afternoon sunlight. No one else was in attendance. A room to yourselves. A miracle.
You smiled as he approached you.
"I have missed you," he whispered, afraid someone might overhear and interrupt the pair of you.
"It has been no more than ten minutes."
"Ten minutes or ten months. It was undisputed agony." He begun tracing his fingers along your arms to ground himself in your calming presence.
"My dearest Mr Bingley, are you well?"
"I am approaching perfect health within your company." Mr Bingley rested his forehead on your temple.
"Then please do not leave. I can not bare to see you unwell."
"I would not dream of it."
Fingers roamed where whispers and soft breaths could not reach. Quietly and discreetly, giving tender touch to one another as such that caused eyelids to flutter closed.
Colonel Brandon lead a certainly more calm life after many years ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns. By your side, his passions arose once more, no longer quieted by the goings-on around him.
Days were filled with shared love, content to spend hours on each other's company. If no one else was around then much more so.
Amidst cooler afternoon, Colonel Brandon read a book out loud as you both sat close, enjoying the outdoors. Two chairs pressed side by side. His free hand drawing circles on your wrist.
The gentle breeze brushed along your skin as your dearest's voice brought excitement to each spoken word.
Focused on the book, your dear love did not take notice of your slow movements.
Quietly, you crossed your ankle over his extended leg. He did not move, but his voice changed in pitch.
"Are you enjoying the poetry?" He inquired.
"Very much."
Slowly and tenderly, Colonel Brandon slid a fingertip along the lines of your palm. "Do you wish for me to continue?"
"Yes."
Alone together, you both continued your time with passionate words from pages and by big gestures.
Tip Jar - If you would like to support me and my creative work. 💖
Inc. Dabi, Shota Aizawa, mcu!Ultron, Pitch Black, and Jack Frost
Warning: silly, wholesome, suggestive for some, flustered!Jack Frost, Dabi being Dabi - cold and in denial heh, Jamie and Jack being a duo, fluff(y)
Dabi (Toya Todoroki)
He growled as he staggered into the bar of the hideout, his white shirt slightly bloodied and burnt. Stupid heroes, stupid quirk...
He dragged himself to his room, a trail of blood dripping and leading anyone passing by....he collapsed on his bed and knocked out.
"–Dabi–" there was a faint voice, and someone lightly shaking him. "–Dabi!"
He forced his eyes to open, groaning as his vision focused on you. Leaning over him, a expression of concern etched on your face. "....what?" He rasped out.
He watched as you breathe out with relief. "I thought you died on me." You huffed, beginning to place a cold rag on his forehead. He scowled, trying to swat your hand away.
"I'm not sick!" He snapped, sitting up and immediately regretting it. He winced, breathing slowly as you stared at him. "I'm fine, I don't need you to baby me."
He heard your exasperated huff, but no movement to leave. "Come on, I'll patch you up." He only protested, whining like a big baby but made no further motions to pull away. He said nothing as you worked to stitch him up, a makeshift bandage so he doesn't reopen the injury.
He fell for you a long time ago, your stubbornness, insistence and everything he found annoying....but you never left him. He let out a light huff, a heavy exhale. There was no time for feelings.
Your brows furrowed at him. You could never understand what he was thinking behind those eyes. And there was a reason he distanced himself.
For now, he just enjoyed the silence and the way you stayed with him. He didn't know he needed it until now.
Shota Aizawa
He liked the quiet. Maybe that's why he was fine with you - you always came in quietly.
He was still up, knowing you hadn't returned he wouldn't be able to sleep properly. So he waited for the way you opened the door, slowly and quietly, how you closed it too and how you walked in.
He appeared as you closed the door. "Hey. Where were you?"
You turned, a small smile while awkwardly standing, making him narrow his eyes at you. "Hey, Shota~." You clearly wanted something with that tone of yours. "You should sleep, I know you must be tired."
He crossed his arms. "I'm actually wide awake right now."
You pouted, shifting from foot to foot. You were hiding sometbing, that much was clear. He didn't know why you thought you could sneak something past him. Before you could open your mouth, he saw something squirm. And - "meow"
Silence passed between the two of you. You looked frozen in place, his gaze staring at you with a look of surprise and stunned silence. "Was that...."
"No" You said quickly. "It was my ringtone."
"You know the rules. U.A doesn't allow pets into the dormitory, which also includes the teacher's dormitory. If they have this rule for our students, then it applies to us teachers."
You whine. "But Shotaaaa–" more squirming, the mysterious guest wanting to come free. You shifted from foot to foot before cradling the cat and letting it drop to the floor. It chirped and meowed, sniffing the furniture and the area.
He stared at it. He hated to admit it was cute.
You grinned, kneeling down and calling for the cat. It ran to you, sniffing your hand before rubbing its head. "I also thought it might be a good surprise for little Eri, she said she likes animals...." you hummed. The cat purred.
How could he protest when the scene in front of him was heartwarmingly adorable? He sighed, slowly moving closer and squatting down. He held out his hand for the cat, watching it sniff him before nudging its head against him. He couldn't stop the way his lips quirked into a smile. "You're annoyingly persuasive."
From that night, he has the moment of the cat cradled in your arms seared into his head. Sure, the cat was cute, but your smile and caring nature was the focal part.
Ultron - mcu
He didn't believe in love at first night. He didn't believe he would ever find love. Who would ever reciprocate? It was hard to visualize it.
Perhaps it's due to the occasion that you two collaborated often, he didn't mind, it felt nice to be perceived casually. You were always so gentle, you weren't scared of him nor thought different. That's what made him feel comfortable and there was never anything more than that.
That was the case.
You came up to him to give the details of the additions you made, listing them and explaining their purpose. Your gaze drifted down, trying to think. "Is there anything else you'd like me to add? I made sure to prioritize your suggestions, but I added some extra boosters that would enhance your first suggestions."
He stared at you, blinking before responding, his voice rumbling. "No, I think you've done a lot more than I intended. Thank you..."
You hummed, shrugging your shoulders and smiling. "Yeah, of course. I mean, that's what I'm here to do, right?" You chuckled, returning to your post to continue tinkering.
A basic interaction....nothing more. But why did you smile at him like that?....No, he shouldn't confuse your kindness with something more, twisting it will ultimately be the demise of your friendship. Not wanting to severe the connection that you two had, he continued working.
.....were you always this considerate? There was never a time where someone asked about his condition or feelings, especially when he was quiet for a while. He never had someone check up on him. Were you treating him like a basic employee or friend? He couldn't tell.
Basic human consideration and empathy is not going to make him head over heels for you, grappling with trying to get ahold of himself from plummeting into a hole he would never emerge from.
He had to spy to make syre you were like this with the twins, watching how you cooked for them, made them coffee when yoj made yours, refilled certain amenities when you finished it, basic things. Surely it meant nothing that you extended the same courtesy to him.
Right?
Right.
He was thinking too much. The next morning, he had you examine his interface and body for a checkup. It wasn't easy staying neutral with your hands all over his body, though he tried to keep himself distracted.
"Hmmm....mhm, looks gooood....." you would hum softly and casually. He didn't think he would need to monitor, letting himself daze off while engaging with something else; while keeping his auditory processing in the background so if there was something unnatural, he would hear it.... "...so pretty~"
He paused. It was almost to yourself. Did he hear correctly? You called him 'pretty'? That couldn’t have been right. "What did you say?"
"Hm?" You glanced up. "Oh, I just said you're so pretty. Beautiful even."
He was going to short circuit. It seemed foolish and silly, to make a big deal out of something so small. He could feel the way your hands seem to hesitate after you repeated your words, urging himself to say something so he didn't leave you feeling alone. "Oh, ah thank you. That's kind of you to say...." well that just came out more awkward. Maybe he should've said 'I know'.
No, that's too cocky, something Tony Stark would say.
He struggled to find an appropriate reply. His only option of blurting out, "You're beautiful too."
Brief silence. You couldn’t refrain the smile on your lips as you chuckled, your hands rubbing his interface and armor plating before putting them back together. "You're sweet. Thank you. I didn't mean to say it and expect sonething in return. I just thought you should know."
"Ah...." He was genuinely stunned. Meanwhile, you internally cursed yourself, feeling the conversation sink deeper into awkwardness, you might as well dig the hole yourself.
"...I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable." Pulling your hands away, making him snap back to attention and stare at you in shock.
"What? What? No. You didn't. You've made me speechless." He chuckled, leaning back with his head tilted at you. "You know, you're the only one I met that treats me like this."
"Like what?"
"Like you're not punishing me for being different."
You stared at him as he stared back. "Just because you're different doesn't mean you don't deserve empathy."
Ultron chuckled, letting out a soft huff. "Yeah...or maybe you just like me." He teased, gauging your reaction. You felt your face flush, his sensors detecting your body heat rising.
Pitch Black
He had met you working at a book cafe he often attended towards the end of the night. The establishment closed late and had a nice selection of coffee on their menu. It was a simple chance of Fate, someone who could see him that worked at a book care catered for the horror genre. He never thought he would make a companion...a friend.
He always enjoyed the midnight talks, especially when you were soloing a shift. You would make him a warm cup of coffee as he appeared, a soft smile on your lips.
"Hey." He said, something twisting in his chest.
"Hey." You laughed softly, leaning on the counter. He walked up, shifting as he took a seat. "Thinking of grabbing another book to read?"
He thought for a moment, before he smiled softly, taking the cup of coffee and sipping. You always made the best drinks. "No, not today." You studied him, a look of slight confusion before standing in front of him across the counter as he drank.
You hummed as you cleaned up. "Alright then...I guess another one of our discussions." He watched you move, how quickly your hands moved, how effortless you made things seem. It was certainly a skill.
"Here, let me help." His voice came out as a purr, unsure of why or what prompted him to say that.
"Mmm nah, it's alright. It's my job."
He huffed, taking another sip before setting the cup down. The place was peaceful now. His eyes following your movements, it almost felt...intimate. Another squeeze.
He finished the coffee. He watched you take the empty cup without another beat, washing and rinsing it. He hated that he couldn't take a picture of it, but there was many more latte art to come, he hoped.
"Would you....like to..." he could barely get the words out, internally cursing himself. "...do something with me after your shift?"
You glanced back at him, lips parted slightly at the sudden invitation. You brushed your hair back, a small smile. "Yes, I'd love to!"
After closing up, you grab your little bag and walk up to his side. He felt his chest pounding as he offered his hand to you, waiting with anticipation as you took it.
What was he doing? He was too old for you. Without another beat, he guided you around. Conversing with you, making sure you stuck to him because he knew the area could be dangerous. He had no power against other people.
He took you to a park, a solitary place but well-lit with lampposts and a fountain. He suddenly felt cliche and awkward. "I...uh...." when did he become so inarticulate? "I like to come here to read." Wow, amazing, you have her swooning.
You chuckled, smiling. "I like it. I bet you have the best reads here."
His lips twitched in a small smile, his gaze softening briefly. "I do." He felt like he could tell you anything. His hands leaving yours, trailing up to your wrist and pulling gently towards him. A bold act. He didn't think this far, and when you were pressed against him, he thought he would explode. "However, I did not share this place for mere simplicity. I wish to know you more. Your hopes....your dreams, your ambitions and what drives you."
The way you were looking at him, gods, what were you doing to his heart? "Is this your way of confessing to me?" You asked, a slight smug smirk.
"N-no." The old him would have said, 'don't flatter yourself', now he was losing his smart quips. No, it was still there, he could never lose that but he was noticing how different he got with you.
You smirked, your hands moving to gently pull him towards the fountain. "Well that's a shame....I wouldn't have minded." You gently spun him around, lightly dancing as he followed your movements of the gentle sway.
You wouldn't have minded? "Don't say things like that." He whispered, pulling you close, his hands on your hips. "I shouldn't have someone like you." He sighed.
You pursed your lips, brows furrowed slightly as your hands dared to touch him. "There's no such thing. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, then perhaps it wasn't right. Are you afraid it won't work, or that it will?"
"Mm, I'm not afraid of anything." He huffed, his eyes studying you. But clearly, you could see there was a sense of vulnerability.
"I knew you'd say that." You said smugly. "Of course you aren't." You said softly, a whisper as your gaze lingered on his chest of his opened robes.
"Like what you see?" A smug smile on his lips as you watched you visibly become more flustered.
Of course he would fall for you, you weren't afraid of him, you were outspoken and kind, and empathetic towards him. He stood no chance.
"You sure are something." He chuckled. "I don't think I've come across someone like you. And that's a damn shame, we need more people like you...."
Your face felt hot at his words and voice, he was clearly enticing. "If you keep talking I think I'll implode." You huffed.
"We wouldn't want that happening now, do we?" He chuckled softly, his chest rumbling and you felt it from your hands. You pulled away slightly but he kept you there. "Where do you think you're running off to?" He purred.
The two of you sat close together, shoulder to shoulder, arm to arm as the two of you talked, pouring your heart into words for him.
Jack Frost
He was walking alongside young Jamie, enjoying the winter scene and children laughing in the snow. Jamie was rambling on about school and his friends, when a group of bigger teenagers bumped into him with a sneer.
"Yo is he talking to himself? Weirdo." They scoffed, walking away. Jack gripped his staff tightly, his hand on Jamie comfortingly. He didn't need to confront them. You did.
"Hey, leave him alone." You passed by, bumping into them on purpose with your shoulder. "Go study for your test or do your homework instead of acting like delinquents." They ran off, cursing at you under their breath.
But Jack was too busy gawking at you. Wow, you came in like an absolute dream, confident, hot, eloquent and put together.
"Are you okay?" You turned to Jamie, a small smile.
"Yeah, thank you!" Jamie smiled.
"Wow~" Jack breathed, making Jamie chuckle. Your gaze flickered up to Jack, a small smile.
"And who's this?"
Wait, what?
Both Jamie and Jack gawked at you.
"Wait, you can see him?"
You tilted your head. "Am I not allowed to?"
"N-no no, it's amazing!" Jamie grinned, slightly vibrating with excitement. "Are you single?"
Jack's mouth snapped shut, glancing down at this little kid with a stunned look. You laughed softly.
"I am. But I don't know if I'm his type."
Jack sputtered, trying to keep himself composed but failing miserably. Your gaze lingered on him, before stidying his outfit and attire. Oh crap....
"Are you cosplaying?" You asked, tilting your head.
Jack glanced at Jamie with a puzzled look, making the young boy butt in. "...oh! Yeah, he's cosplaying...a-as Jack Frost."
Internally, he facepalmed.
"Oh, Jack Frost, that's cool." You grinned. "Like the ice guy? Or Jokul Frosti from the Norse myths?"
You knew about that?
Jamie seemed to get more excited, seemingly finding another kindred spirit. "Yeah!"
You glanced up at him. "Is he your little brother? You two look related."
They're both panicking. "O-oh no he's just...uh–"
"Aha, I s-sort of wish, no, I'm just his–"
"–Guardian!"
"–babysitter."
Well this was turning out to be a mess. Your smile was turning into a grin and he didn't know why, figured it was funny to see him so awkward.
"You guys are a riot." You hold your hand out, giving an introduction to yourself. Jamie shakes your hand. And then you hold your hand out for Jack.
"I'm...." Jack shakes your hand while trying to find a way to introduce himself. "–Mack."
Jamie's hand slapped his head.
"Mack?"
"He's just joking!" Jamie interrupted. "His name is Jack, which is why I said he should dress up as 'Jack Frost'."
Jack silently thanked the kid, his nervous smile widening into a grin. He ran a finger through his hair, a light chuckle. "That's right. Sorry for saying otherwise, you had my tongue in a twister."
You let out a small laugh, cheeks flushed at his attempt of flirting. "You're cute."
That's where you lost him. He felt his soul ascend at your words, not sure why he felt this way.
"I'll see you around?"
"Y-yeah..."
You waved, slowly walking away as Jamie shot Jack a glare. "Get her number!"
"I don't have a phone." Jack hissed.
"Get it either way, that's what they do in the movies."
"This isn't a movie."
Jack sighed, ruffling the kid's hair playfully. "Alright, let's get you back home. You have homework."
"Ugh."
A/N: you can tell I had absolutely NO IDEA what to do for Ultron </3 maybe I'll rewrite this too
Hello, I love your work! I was wondering if I could get a Rise of the Guardians (romantic) headcanons where like the reader is hurt and how the guardians would react to that and comfort the reader? You can choose how serious the injury is or how they got hurt
Sorry this took so long, I've been really busy with work! Enjoy, though! 😊
How you got hurt: You slipped on an icy patch — ironically, one that Jack created. He’d been playing around, showing off with his staff and creating little snow trails for kids to slide on. You came to check on him and didn’t realize one patch was slicker than it looked. You fell hard, spraining your wrist.
His reaction: Jack’s entire face goes pale the instant you fall. He’s at your side in a blur, his hands trembling as he props you up. He keeps saying, “Oh no, no, no, no — this is my fault, I’m so sorry — please be okay…” He’s never felt colder, and not in a good way. The thought of his frost hurting you makes him sick with guilt.
How he comforts you: He uses his ice to numb your pain carefully — just enough to keep the swelling in your wrist down — and flies you to North’s workshop for proper care. Afterward, he refuses to leave your side, constantly wrapping you in his hoodie and his arms. When you wake, he’s sitting there tracing gentle frost patterns on your bandaged wrist, whispering, “You know I’d never let anything happen to you on purpose, right?” He promises to teach you how to walk safely on ice…with hand-holding lessons, of course.
Bunny x Reader Headcanons
How you got hurt: You followed Bunny into one of his tunnels during a fight with a stray Nightmare that refused to vanish after Pitch’s defeat. You tried to help — you grabbed a thrown boomerang — but one of the tunnels caved slightly, and a rock hit your shoulder and ribs, knocking you out.
His reaction: Utter panic. His ears flatten, his breathing quickens, and he digs you out with frantic, dirt-streaked paws. You’re not unconscious for long, but the sight of you still and hurt nearly undoes him. He mutters angrily under his breath, “Bloody fool, why’d I let you come with me?”— but it’s really aimed at himself.
How he comforts you: Once he gets you to safety, he uses his soft fur to warm you up, pressing his forehead against yours to check your temperature. He gently wraps your ribs in bandages, hands surprisingly tender for such a big warrior. When you wince, he whispers, “Easy now, sheila…just breathe. You scared the life outta me, you know that?” That night, he refuses to sleep — he just sits near you, holding your hand, thumb brushing over your pulse to reassure himself you’re still there.
North x Reader Headcanons
How you got hurt: While helping North in his workshop — trying to wrangle a batch of overly enthusiastic yetis — you accidentally got caught in the middle of a malfunctioning toy explosion. It knocked you backward, leaving you bruised, dazed, and with a mild burn on your arm.
His reaction: North’s booming laughter dies instantly the moment he sees you go down. “Out of way! Move!” he bellows at the yetis, scooping you up in his massive arms like you’re made of glass. His jolly face hardens, and he curses himself for letting you near his “chaotic genius zone.”
How he comforts you: He insists on personally tending to you, wrapping your arm in soft cloth and rubbing a cool balm made from Arctic herbs. He stays uncharacteristically quiet until you’re patched up. Then, in a low rumble, he says, “You are strong, but even strongest must be careful. Next time, you wear armor — da?” You laugh through the pain, and his eyes finally crinkle again. He gives you hot cocoa and sits beside you while you rest, his presence large and protective. Every now and then, he brushes your hair from your face, murmuring, “You gave me quite the scare, my snowflake.”
Tooth x Reader Headcanons
How you got hurt: You’d joined Tooth on a collection run when a flock of her mini-fairies were ambushed by a gusty storm. You dove after one that was about to get swept away — but got clipped by debris midair and sprained your ankle badly upon landing.
Her reaction: Tooth shrieks your name, darting down faster than a hummingbird in freefall. Her wings are trembling as she scoops you up, tears welling in her bright eyes. She fusses immediately — checking your limbs, brushing dirt from your hair, apologizing between every word: “Oh, you sweet thing, I shouldn’t have brought you up here — it’s all my fault!”
How she comforts you: Once she’s sure nothing’s broken, she brings you to her palace, surrounding you with hundreds of gentle mini fairies. They hum soothingly as Tooth wraps your ankle in silk-like bandages infused with mint and honey essence. She strokes your hair while you rest on a bed of feathers, whispering soft words of love to you, then she presses a kiss to your forehead and tells you, “You’re my favorite reason to slow down.”
Sandy x Reader Headcanons
How you got hurt: You were in Burgess, keeping Sandy company as he spread his dream sand, when you saw a child’s nightmare starting to manifest. You tried to help by distracting the child, but a dark tendril lashed out and hit you before Sandy could fully dispel it. The attack left you with a painful bruise and exhaustion, like you’d been drained.
His reaction: Sandy’s usual golden glow flares with a dark flicker of panic. His eyes widen, and the sand shapes around him turn frantic — exclamation points, tears, frantic question marks. He banishes the last remnants of the nightmare in a storm of golden dust before gently catching you as you sway on your feet. He’s silent, but his expression says everything: fear, guilt, protectiveness.
How he comforts you: He carries you through the air on a swirl of dream sand, laying you down on a floating bed of golden light. His sand forms soothing visions — your happiest memories, glowing above you like lanterns. When you drift in and out of rest, he stays near, brushing a thumb over your cheek with infinite gentleness. Before you fall asleep, he conjures a small dream image: a golden heart wrapping around the two of you. The meaning is simple and wordless — You’re safe now. I won’t let anything hurt you again.
❄️Jack is an individual who has been assigned to be the Guardian of Fun and who happens to be the spirit of Winter on top of it. Spreading joy to children is his duty and despite being a few centuries old already, not once has he ever entertained thoughts about doing anything else. Falling in love is therefore something he neither expected nor could prepare for and as his heart is still that of a young boy, Jack very much acts like an infatuated teenager who has fallen in love for the first time. To be fair, it is his first time but it is the sheer sappiness of his love which has some of the Guardians roll their eyes in annoyance. Whilst his overall duties remain the same, Jack begins to develop a new hobby which is to make sure that you especially are happy and his heart is doing sommersaults whenever he manages to make you smile. What he feels for you is something different to what he feels when he fulfills his duties by bringing children joy yet it is the fact that his heart only reacts like this when it is you specifically that very quickly makes it very addicting. It is a type of happiness only your presence seems to provide and out of impulsiveness due to being unable to contain his feelings it happens multiple times that Jack acts out of line by using his abilities to help you which often results in the other guardians scolding him.
Delusional
❄️The Guardian of Fun. The Spirit of Winter. Powerful positions held by someone who died far too young as a human to have ever experienced what true love is and how to behave once he falls in love. He cannot just simply act around you like he would do around other children and that at least is something that he deep down realises. However, none of the Guardians can really help him as all of them ensure the joy of children worldwide and do not often bother with children once they grow up and become adults. It is a blind stumble as a result as Jack doesn't know what to do with his feelings and how to express his own wishes to you. How strange that is in the first place. Normally the Guardians answer the wishes of children yet here he is, fervently wishing for someone his age when he used to be a human to not only notice him but understand what he wants as well. If someone should bring up that he as a Guardian should not desire closeness to you in the first place, his old rebellious side is inevitably going to return once more. It's not like he plans to drop his duties. He can multitask. He... He just wants to ensure that you will always be happy in life and he wishes to be that person who always makes you smile. Adults are boring after all. He on the other hand is the Guardian of Fun.
Honest
❄️He's spent his entire existence not being seen by children and that has always pained him deep down. Honestly, there are definitely unaddressed issues due to centuries of being invisible to even children which lead Jack to his sometimes very reckless behavior of being seen by you. It's not unlikely that he has witnessed children being able to see him before losing the ability as they got older and were overwhelmed by adult duties. It's terrifying to witness children growing up only for their childlike dreams and hopes to be crushed over the years and he is paranoid that the same will happen to you. That's why he doesn't play any games as he attempts to not only be seen but also to express his feelings for you and to have them returned. The longer this takes though, the more extreme does he get. It may literally snow in your bedroom as your windows are covered with frost shaped like flowers as he is always hovering nearby, close to crying when you cannot perceive him. The first time you eventually notice him he is going to shed some tears before he hurriedly expresses his feelings and that he has been watching you for a longer time now. It's through his delusional lenses that he probably doesn't understand that things like stalking you or being in your room would unnerve you as you are no child anymore.
Lenient
❄️There is nothing that would kill joy and fun quicker than being imprisoned. Despite the small twist within his life that the obsession has provided, Jack still values his duties as a Guardian. He doesn't wish to be feared. He only wishes to provide others with happiness and laughter. It's through his own moral codex amplified now by his duties as a Guardian which make him despise the thought of restricting and isolating you as he himself understands all too well what it feels like to be stuck with no way out. He wants to be the reason you smile and laugh every day Additionally it's way more comfortable having you remain in your house as he wouldn't want other Guardians to be noisy if he were to bring you to one of their shared hideouts.. There may also be a somewhat sinister implication you occasionally get where Jack expresses his confidence in being able to find you literally anywhere and considering his position as the immortal Guardian, he isn't wrong either. Whilst it is meant as something romantic in his mind is only understood as an inevitable threat in your ears as you begin to wonder if it would take moving to a country with no snow to even have a fighting chance of not being found.
