🍻 + “ how many have you slept with ?”
so many questions jinsol could’ve thrown at zen, but that one had a certain KICK to it - a punch in the gut that had a lump forming in his throat, his tongue feeling useless and heavy in his mouth, only weighing his jaw down and leaving him pressing his lips together and forcefully keeping his mouth shut. he knew it wasn’t intentional, it wasn’t as if zen went around being LOUD and proud about his inexperience. the silence that followed felt scary, zen using the rest of his drink to stall time as he pushed his glass back and finished it off. “uh… like slumber parties? i never really went to a lot of those. not really my scene,” he muttered, a light, nervous laugh followed as he did his best to play it off. he KNEW that wasn’t what jinsol meant, and after a moment he shrugged, finally forcing himself to speak honestly. he DID trust jinsol, and when he wasn’t sober he felt a lot MORE than that, something that left him wanting jinsol to know everything about him and what he was thinking, and vice versa. “no one. i’ve… almost, a couple of times, but i don’t know - isn’t shit supposed to feel RIGHT when it happens? nothing ever seems right… just seems rushed and messy and- i don’t know. not special. might sound fucking dumb, but i’d like it to be a little special.” he was quiet, his nose scrunched in distaste until the evidence that zen, alcohol, and jinsol were an unfair combination - for jinsol, at least. “so if you were feeling jealous, don’t worry. you’ve still gotten as much of me as anyone else.” chewing on his bottom lip, he stared at jinsol for a long moment before shaking his head. “i’d ask you the same question, but… i don't know- do i wanna know?”
[drunk text]: dont tell zend but he . . lookEd good todsy :))
[1:01am]: who the fuck is zend?[1:06am]: did you mean me?[1:06am]: does that mean u like my new hair color? cause i kind of feel stupid w/ such bright hair but... uh... but thanks. why don’t tell me, though? u don’t wanna say nice shit to me directly? guess i won’t tell u if i thought u looked good today or not. figure it out yourself. [1:07am]: but are you ok? home? somewhere safe? around ppl?? don’t do anything dumb... or anything ELSE dumb, dumbass.[1:10am]: unless u actually meant someone named zend... then ignore this.
Would you rather be stuck in a house with someone you hate or be stuck in a house alone?
“ probably depends how long i’m stuck with. if it’s for a long ass time i’d rather be with someone i hate, at least somebody would be there. imaging being by myself and my thoughts for that long sounds like torture … ”

[ ✠ ] it’s three in the morning and my muse unexpectedly arrives at your muse’s home.
“ what the hell are you doing here ? “ the words came out softer then she had intended the drowsiness from the late hour effecting her. she knew she should be irritated by her annoying ex-boyfriend showing up on her door step so late in the night. but, as she looked at him standing there she couldn’t help feel a certain warmness in her heart, an all too familiar feeling when it came to jinsol. no matter how much she tried to fight her feelings when it came to him, underneath the harsh words the fact of just how much she cared for him still remained. this was their thing, a constant back and forth state. it wasn’t healthy and they both knew it, but that didn’t mean she had the power to stop it. the idea of jinsol not being her life at all was scary enough. so, like always she gave in, “ just come in, it’s cold out there ,” she huffed softly opening the door wider to allow the other into her home.
